True U was developed by Steven H. Dayan, MD, FACS and Terri A. Wojak after seeing the need for more comprehensive training for skin care specialists working in a medical setting.

Meet the Business Owner: Steven H. Dayan, MD, FACS ..
Dr. Dayan is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon in Chicago. He's one of the nation's leading experts on the closed approach to rhinoplasty. He's an international lecturer, national physician educator and a pioneer in the R&D of plastic surgery technologies and techniques.
In addition to a practice that sees over 6,500 visits a year, Dr. Dayan is a clinical assistant professor at UIC and has trained over 3,500 fellow physicians from around the world. He founded the medical research company, DeNova. And he co-founded the aesthetic education center, True U, with Terri A. Wojak.
Dr. Dayan is also an accomplished author, having published five books. His most recent book, Subliminally Exposed, reached #9 on the NY Times Best Sellers List. He's published over 85 articles in medical journals and appeared on TV over 50 times.
