Just a heads up to any pregnant friends, anyone who knows someone who is pregnant or just also HATES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE like me: DO NOT SHOP MOTHERHOOD MATERNITY ONLINE. As a matter of a fact, don't shop them all together. I went out on a limb and ordered some tops. One in particular was WAY out of my price range. But I thought, why not? I even ordered a size larger than normal and this was AFTER measuring myself and using their so called "size chart" Anyways, I ordered 3 tops all in the exact same order. 2 have already arrived, 1 is on its way from OUT WEST! The two that arrived I'm SO UNHAPPY with! They are the same size but one is significantly smaller than the other! AND the one that doesn't fit is the expensive one. So I'm sure I can't resell it and get my money back. And the kicker? I'm now out of money. Their sizes are horribly inconsistent and because they don't have local retail stores I have to return online at MY COST. Which is total bullshit AND I have to insure it! Moral of the story: NEVER EVER AGAIN will I shop MOTHERHOOD MATERNITY. With Thyme Maternity (which I have NEVER been disappointed with) they include a return shipping label and THEY cover the cost IF I need to return. So sticking with Thyme Maternity and I advise you all do them same and please, spread the word. Motherhood Maternity - shame on you! Customer service wouldn't even let me speak with a supervisor! Thyme Maternity - you have never faulted! Excellent product AND customer service. Lesson learned.

I was on a mission to replace my 6 year old paint and grease stained jeans, which I do have a great emotional attachment with - my wife not as much. The First Gentleman (was it Ian?!) greeted me, looked at my jeans, back at me, and said: "you are here shopping for some new jeans, aren't you brother?" When he hit me with that "brother," I nearly broke down. I felt seen, heard, and validated by this tall gentleman with a long, grey beard I can only dream of having one day. If it weren't for him and his introduction to the Business Discount Program, (Carousel City Woodworks and Carousel Guitar Company), I wouldn't have found my new favorite pants. Forgot the model name, all i know is they are made with the same rip-stop material as my EMT/Paramedic cargo pants. He helped me try on 6 other pairs of pants even though I overheard from the dressing room a manager kindly remind him it was time for him to clock out for the day. He introduced me to the young guy behind the counter, and we talked about heavy metal bands for a bit while he fussed with the laptop for me to enter my business info. He took genuine interest in my company, and I love talking about myself, so that was nice too. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name, but I appreciate what he brought to the experience. Again - super friendly and genuine! I always wanted a pair of legitimate shop pants, and have never owned anything from Carhartt before, and these guys made the sale, as well as my day. Thank you to you both, and I'll look forward to destroying these pants and buying my next pair.
