I was on a mission to replace my 6 year old paint and grease stained jeans, which I do have a great emotional attachment with - my wife not as much. The First Gentleman (was it Ian?!) greeted me, looked at my jeans, back at me, and said: "you are here shopping for some new jeans, aren't you brother?" When he hit me with that "brother," I nearly broke down. I felt seen, heard, and validated by this tall gentleman with a long, grey beard I can only dream of having one day. If it weren't for him and his introduction to the Business Discount Program, (Carousel City Woodworks and Carousel Guitar Company), I wouldn't have found my new favorite pants. Forgot the model name, all i know is they are made with the same rip-stop material as my EMT/Paramedic cargo pants. He helped me try on 6 other pairs of pants even though I overheard from the dressing room a manager kindly remind him it was time for him to clock out for the day. He introduced me to the young guy behind the counter, and we talked about heavy metal bands for a bit while he fussed with the laptop for me to enter my business info. He took genuine interest in my company, and I love talking about myself, so that was nice too. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name, but I appreciate what he brought to the experience. Again - super friendly and genuine! I always wanted a pair of legitimate shop pants, and have never owned anything from Carhartt before, and these guys made the sale, as well as my day. Thank you to you both, and I'll look forward to destroying these pants and buying my next pair.

When I walked in to Carhartt, not one but two employees immediately empathized with my story and found the exact coat that I was looking for. They even made sure I tried on a few options to get the right size. I was also directed to the rain defender hoodies which would be the best product for my strenuous workflow moving forward. Above and beyond prompt and attentive customer service. I left my hotel room at the Embassy Suites on foot cold and alone, and returned warm and fulfilled within one half hour. Big ups to Jacqueline, and her co-worker. I didn't catch his name but he was also very kind, engaging, and helpful. I wish them both the best of luck in all of their future endeavors.

I thought that at an outlet store, things would be more affordable, but if I bought my stuff here it'd be renamed "Broke Brothers." The products and service are both top-notch though, and I suppose if you're used to paying full price for their stuff, you might save some money here. These guys are super friendly, and even sent me a nice note, so they earned their 4 star.

There's a wide variety of tops from simple layered ones to pretty dressy ones. I found a strapless lavender chiffon floor length dress that was amazing for $200. They carry some of BCBG Generation items and got an XL neon snakeskin clutch for $40. Prices are 30-40% off original prices. Have a decent amount of shoes with a lesser amount of bags but still some of them are definitely a great great steal. They have a pretty decent amount of sizes, some outlet stores only carry larger sizes, but this one had all the sizes. Layout is nice and organized with nice big dresses rooms which is a plus. Staff seems friendly and helpful. OVERALL: A must visit even when you're at the mall. BCBG may seem like it's only good for formal dresses, but this store definitely has a wide variety of everything!

First for being a new store I would expect someone there to know what they are doing to teach the rest but it was the blind leading the blind. They had two registers and one was down so the line of 10 people were all being helped by one person while 10 other employees walked aimlessly around the store. I say aimlessly because one could not figure out how to see if they had something in another size. I mean that is literally your only job. Why not have one of these people bagging for the one person on register and try to make the best of a bad situation? After waiting about 20 minutes to purchase 5 items and return one the cashier struggled. She couldn't figure out how to return the one item and then couldn't figure out how to ring after returning, and finally couldn't figure out how to get the cash register to open. This is a terrible way to open a new location.
