When we were checking out, we brought up a sweatshirt that had no tags and the only one we could find. Asking for a price on this item was like asking for the holy grail. When he came back with a price on it and we decided to pass, we were given the looks of disgust. It was painful for them to smile or say anything pleasant. I awkwardly waited for the forced smile and "have a nice day". Better places to give your business. She also dented my daughters hydro flask when she bagged it and put it on the counter.

They have a good selection of sweaters, sweatshirts, and warm clothing. They have a lot of nice men's clothing. They do carry Detroit Lions, U of Michigan, and Michigan State gear here, which is nice. Overall, the store has anything that you need clothing-wise. The only issue that I saw was that some of the Christmas decor was damaged and unorganized for shoppers. It was not a nice look.

We did look in the baby section as well and everything was extremely cheap. My sister said she bought sweat pants from here last time and they were really good quality. She washed them multiple times and the sweat pants were still soft. The only issue I had was with the bra section. I saw a sign that said $4 but the bra I found said $7. Near the register I asked a worker and they said the manager should be able to help. I talked to the manager and she was kinda rude. She just said it was probably $7 because it was a bigger size. She neglected to listen to me when I told her the sign said $4 though. She just dismissed me. When I went to the self checkout it rang up as $4!! Iaughed because of that. In order to leave the checkout you have to scan your receipt as well.

I wasn't too excited about going into the mall for just one stop at first, but it ended up being pretty easy. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. I'd probably skip heading back and either go downtown to the Carhartt store in Detroit, or go to the Carhartt shop in Howell, if were out that way.
