After reading countless reviews, I chose Colchester Dental Group, and I'm so glad I did. My first appointment was with Dr. Wiese to establish care, get x-rays, and set up my routine cleaning schedule. From the moment I walked in, I knew I'd made the right choice. What impressed me immediately was that they gave me a full tour of the practice during my first visit, something I'd never experienced at a dental office before! This transparency made me feel welcome and showed they have nothing to hide. The office is immaculate, and their sanitation practices are clearly taken seriously. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Wiese was thorough and took time to explain each step of the process. The x-rays were done efficiently, and the initial exam was comprehensive without feeling rushed. They clearly prioritize preventive care and patient education. The quality of care exceeded my expectations. Dr. Wiese was gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about my dental health and concerns. The entire team worked seamlessly together, and I felt I was in capable, caring hands throughout both appointments. The diversity I was hoping to find is evident throughout the practice, which creates a welcoming environment for everyone. I've now had two appointments and both experiences have been excellent. I'm confident I've found my long-term dental home!

It was my first visit, so she reiterated good brushing and flossing techniques without sounding belittling. We discussed a plan to move forward and she gave me an opportunity to make decisions about my own care. Everyone in the office was friendly and pleasant to interact with. Because of that last time, I was lucky to have found this dental office, so I knew just who to call. They got me in first thing the next morning! On this visit, Nancy was warm & friendly as she took an xray & cleaned off my crown. Dr. Libraty confirmed that my tooth underneath was fine, & the crown itself was fine. Whew! He explained that over time, crowns take a lot of pressure & the cement can detach after a while. Thankfully, he just adjusted my crown & re-cemented it in, & I was on my way. Between my first visit & this second visit, I have come to really appreciate the warm professionalism of everyone here. Both Dr. Strong & Dr. Libraty are gentle & warm, & if I was local they would be my primary dental office. Again, I highly recommend!

Extremely knowledgeable and personable, this team has time and the expertise to advise you on your dental issues and explain how to get back on a path to wellness. I'm a transplant from Miami, Florida and in all my life there, I've never "clicked" with a dental office and team like I have with Dr. Goslin's team. I did debate giving this review, solely based on selfish reasons, as there are no absurdly long wait times to be seen and the individual attention and friendliness feels as though the you're the only patient that matters to them. If there was a rating above 5, Dr. Goslin and his team would easily receive it.

Everything looked clean, and the design of the place was warm and not intimidating. Emily Plumadore, the friendly hygienist, explained calmly what was going to happen. The taking of X-rays went fast (additionally, the equipment used was new and definitely seemed the latest). The cleaning was painless, with Emily regularly checking in on me to see that everything was OK. Dr. Maria Szmigiel, a warm and friendly professional, introduced herself. We talked about things just to get to know each other. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Szmigiel asked Emily, the hygienist, for her findings, thereby showing that she trusted Emily's professional input. Following her examination, Dr. Szmigiel patiently shared her findings with me, outlining potential treatment options. I never felt that I was "pushed" to accept an expensive treatment, something I have experienced often with dentists. I felt that Dr. Szmigiel accepted and respected my "conservative" approach to treatment. Nevertheless, I place my trust in her when necessary. Upon check-out, I observed that the clinic's administrative system, including finances, demonstrated a focus on supporting the patient, not just the clinic. All in all: a very positive experience...and this for "going-to-the-DENTIST"!
