Surprised to see the poor review. I have been going here for years and my experience is entirely…read moredifferent! The atmosphere is positive, helpful, I get great care and they work well with my anxiety about having things done to my teeth.

I had an accident in 2018 and haven't had a new one made since and thought that coming to this office they would take me seriously considering the shape my mouth is in and my 13 years of dental experience so I requested a night guard and the dentist I saw agreed with me that I needed one due to my symptoms and the proof of the clenching and grinding on my teeth: so the next day I call to set up an appointment for an impression in which I am told by the front desk (in a super rude attitude) "that's not how we do it". Not to mention the assistant I saw was short with me and super rude and impatient as well. So since I had been the one to mention the night guard, the dentist k had originally mentioned sent me an email blabbering about nonsense and he says "concerning the night guard, it is the dentist that proposes night guards in this office, not the patients". He was just such a pompous ass in this email I sent him one back thinking exactly how I felt about his little temper tantrum email and he sent me one back that he didn't think it was gonna work out me going to that office. Too late. I had already transferred. I DO NOT recommend this office.

Typically, I do not bother leaving reviews. But I feel strongly about this warning for this man. If…read moreyou have a minor procedure done here, Huber might be acceptable. I was going to have to endure Months of work for an entire set of Implants. I am retired from the military and suffer from PTSD. I, for some reason, have significant anxiety when I have to sit in a dentist's chair for a long time. Huber informed me that the first procedure would take AT LEAST TWO HOURS. Not only does he have the bedside manner of Josef Mengele, but I was initially told that much of this procedure could be done under some sedation. A few days before the first procedure ( which included ripping out most of the teeth in my upper jaw and drilling in the metal posts and bone grafting Etc, etc..) Huber returned from vacation, and I thought he would be fully recharged and ready to go. I called his front office to discuss what type of sedation was going to be applied. At first, I was under the notion that IV sedation was an option. Either I misunderstood his nurse when she went through the laundry list of sedation options, or I heard her wrong about IV sedation as one of the options. After discussing my upcoming work, his nurse informed me that Huber would ONLY offer novocaine as medicinal relief! I then inquired what other sort of sedation might be helpful and available but was told that my only avenue of relief was novocaine. His nurse was extremely rude and condescending. I asked why I was not afforded a different sort of sedation when it was even shown on his website! His office operates in this manner...Brian is the puppeteer, and the front desk is the marionette. I asked Huber to call me back twice for an explanation as to why he was refusing to do the correct thing. I will explain with lie after lie. I am still waiting to receive a callback. Perhaps this 'Professional" did not get laid on vacation, OR he thought I was a different person, maybe? Whatever the reason, I warn ANYONE that will have to endure any lengthy procedure with this man...RUN, do not walk, but RUN to another dentist! David Madigan

I had the great misfortune of having Dr. Brian Huber here as my first periodontist. He recommended…read moreaggressive "gum flap surgery" for me and trusting him I underwent phase 1 of this surgery on the upper right quadrant. Big mistake. It resulted in permanent nerve damage, an infection, and eventually lose of the back mid molar (after a painful failed root canal). He was arrogant and tried to pressure me into further surgeries. Suspicious I was being sold a cart of crap, i consulted 2 other periodontists and both strongly recommended against any gum surgeries in my case. I went with their recommendation and have been fine ever since. my advice: keep your wallet in your pocket or this guy will empty it for you.

Doctor Acone came out and said hello along with assistants Grace and Kennedy with big smiles on their faces. As far as the cleaning is concerned, Kate was careful and cautious. She asked several questions and communicated through all the steps. The care I received was above and beyond the best experience I have had from the Dentist. Once done with my appointment was complete, and within 5 minutes my bill was processed and my next appointment was made. Kayla was fantastic. Great place for dental work!!!

Constantly cancelling your appointments via email, but when you call to reschedule they NEVER answer their phone, or you are on hold for 25 mins, which then they transfer you to multiple people without resolve, OR you leave multiple voicemails with no returned phone call. The fact that you can't keep staff, says a lot. As a patient you are literally just a paycheck for them... a number. Preventative care?! WHAT'S THAT??? Nope they can can your February cleaning, book the earliest appt at the end of June, just to cancel you again by email. When I called to reschedule again, their solution is to call back in a month and book for March 2026. WHAT THE ACTUAL.... Stop throwing your money at this ridiculous location.
