As a trained doula, I especially love helping mamas feel nurtured with prenatal massage. I've worked with so many various athletes over the years that sports massage has definitely become of speciality of mine.

History

Established in 2017.

I started True Nature Therapeutics to offer my services of psychotherapy and massage therapy after graduating with a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University, and finishing my internship at Boulder Emotional Wellness. I've been practicing massage therapy for 10 years with experience from the Omega Institute, Telluride Ski Resort and cycling tours of the Southwest. Since starting my private practice, I've done a Nature-Based Therapy training and a Meditation Instructor training, which adds to my holistic and comprehensive approach to therapy. I feel so honored to have the privilege of supporting people on their path. I have a strong commitment to fulfilling my highest purpose as a "Earth Tribe Warrior of Light" in the Beauty Way and by offering my services to facilitate healing for others so that all beings may be liberated. Meet the Business Owner: Brianne R.

I grew up playing outside in Minnesota and with a contemplative nature knew at a young age I wanted to help people. I feel blessed to empower people in their healing and growth with psychotherapy and massage therapy in this rewarding career. I double majored in Philosophy and Environmental Studies and worked as an Environmental Education and Wilderness Therapy Instructor before going to Massage School. I also worked as a Snowboard Instructor in Telluride for many years and got trained as a Doula before moving to Boulder for Graduate School. In fall of 2021 I moved back to the Western Slope and love living in Ridgway, CO. My daily practice and active lifestyle are what keep me nourished and balanced, I highly recommended this type of thing to clients.
