Empty cups and aluminum alcohol bottles floating in tubs. Kids were picking up cups discarded by adults, filling them with dirt and pouring them into the pools while parents partied. We moved a few times and it wasn't a singular occurrence. Many people mentioned they were overstaying their 2 hour pass because the was no way staff could identify them. I used work at a hostpring so I know how hard it is to enforce, but understand that it causes issues like we were seeing. Hot water was nice, but the overall experience could be better. It was $40 per person, and we came during one of the busiest times. I wouldn't try walk in. The website mentions that adults and kids have separate areas. However, there were teenagers in the adult pools, and there did not seem to be any limits on how many people could be in one pool. At one point, there were about 18 people in a single pool, which surprised me. There are 32 pools total, with 16 on the adult side. The hottest pool was 109 degrees and felt amazing. They have fire pits outside if you need to warm up when it is cold. There are dressing rooms and showers inside the bathrooms, but we later realized there are additional changing rooms outside with more space. Lockers are available inside for $5, which is convenient but a bit small if you have a lot of bags. There are also free lockers outside near the outdoor changing rooms, but they are open without doors. Overall, it was a great experience. I think the best time to come would be during the week when it is less crowded, so be mindful of weekends, holidays, and long breaks. The parking lot was fine, just a little tight and crowded. I would definitely come back.
