This man came in saying he was qualified to do sheetrock repair where a tree had fell on the roof…read moreand we had lots of damage there was also the roof to be repaired which he brought somebody else in on they never finished the job and took advantage of the 70-year-old man with the beginning of Alzheimer's to get all the money out of him before the job was finished needless to say they never finished the job they kept saying they were going to so we let them do some work on the bathroom which was very small and needed to totally remodeled he left us with a brand new tub that won't hold water sheet rock dust all over everything, screws that have not been mudded or sanded seams of the sheetrock are so offset that there's no way to fix it rather than tearing everything out and starting over he just does not know what he's doing I can float out sheetrock I can hang sheetrock mud sheetrock and hand and float it out and he kept telling me because I knew construction finished. I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

That was a very thoughtful and considerate gesture. Rhey were pretty fast, I asked them to do a few things (put on a new faucet, fix a weird annoying light, move a huge dresser, fix up my old mailbox) and I think they were in and out in about an hour.. I REALLY appreciated that I could Venmo them for payment. Getting cash would have been annoying. Oh, I also liked that they were licensed/insured and showed up looking professional - it was not like I just hired some random dudes to come into my house - you know, just good peace of mind for the few random repair jobs we needed done, just knowing there was qualified professionals working in our home and even if something went wrong they had us covered. If paneling is replaced, it also needs to be painted. You're saying that that's considered "extra?" Give me a break. Replacing boards, caulking and sanding require painting to finish the job. You thought it would be a good idea to match the rest of the walls? Are you serious? Painting the paneling was part of the job! Oh my gosh. And yes, my property management company was well aware of this. You told me you needed the caulk to dry and would finish the job in the next day or two. Never returned. I never asked for the window frame to be fixed. You told me it was an issue and honestly all I wanted was the paneling replaced and painted. You arrived way later than scheduled that day (thankfully I was still home when you arrived that day) and as for my mom's number...yes, you do have that because she is the lease holder so all business is navigated through her before me. Before this visit, she let me know every single time you contacted her and I scheduled accordingly, so stop the false information. She also told me SHE had to reach out to you because you pulled a disappearing act and wouldn't answer your phones and when you finally did, you made excuse after excuse. You told her you were moving and got busy. You NEVER once tried to reschedule a visit. I never said you could stay that late, but I didn't think I had much choice since you were late arriving for the job and it had to be finished. What was I supposed to do, kick you out before the job was completed? I guess the jokes on me now. The fascia was supposed to be replaced and (guess what?) painted, but you somehow managed to get the paint color completely wrong. All you had to do was bring in a paint chip to Lowe's/Home Depot. You painted a brown/gray fascia stark white. Not sure how you managed to do that. You can make these outrageous excuses all you want, but you know darn well what you did wrong. You also used my children's bathroom which is unprofessional. Didn't come prepared. Left a mess in my front yard. A garbage bag full of rotted wood laying on my back patio. A caulking gun, dirty towels and paint scrapers laying in my grass (which I stepped on, as mentioned). And there is dried spackle/caulk/whatever it is dripping off my walls and door frame and is all over my floor. You also unscrewed nails that you left exposed, sticking out of my walls. You moved none of my furniture back, didn't clean anything up and lost the screws for my outlet cover. Why do you think I'd want you to return? I certainly will not recommend you to anyone and will be sure to let people in the area know how yall did me dirty. I'm not stupid and I don't appreciate being lied about. My rental company is aware you left the job incomplete and they have assigned us new vendors to take over. You have a blessed day!‍

Phil replaced the cracked drain pipe without removing all the tile and stone. He removed four tiles and a drain. Replaced the cracked drain pipe, the same four tiles and a new drain and my shower is perfect.AMAZING! All at a cost less than half of the other companies.
