One Saturday at the lake, I decided that I wanted to buy a camper, so I looked up a few on CW's…read morewebsite and took screenshots. Sunday after church, we stopped in and met with a salesman who showed us all of the ones I picked out. It happened to be the last Sunday of the month, so the banks and service department were open. A few hours later, we towed home a 21 foot Keystone Hideout with a slide out. We were limited on size and weight due to my boyfriend's Tacoma and my 4 Runner's towing capacity. The size is really perfect for us, and it's so cute and comfortable! After we met with someone else who explained everything from GS campgrounds, warranties, and maintenance, I signed all of the paperwork. Then another guy walked us around and helped us pick out the other things we needed like a sewer hose and tp. They had great deals on things like camping chairs and grills and the prices were really as inexpensive as you can buy anywhere else. I picked out some cutesy decor for ours, and since I knew it would have a hula skirt and fake palm tree, I picked out some plastic pink flamingos and lights to go with it. I really wish I had known then what I know now about the meaning of pink flamingos in a campground. Not judging if that's your thing, but it's not ours. After we finished shopping, they had everything hooked up and ready to go. We did a quick walk thru to learn about my new camper, and they called the next week to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions about it. Camping World made the whole process easy and convenient from the minute we walked in the door. We were very pleased with our experience. Weekends at the lake in the camper will be so enjoyable for us, the dogs, my grandson, and our family and friends. We plan to make even more memories taking it on road trips this fall. Even my mama will be blessed by it because I'm gifting her those pink plastic flamingos for her yard.

I meant to bring in the old one so I could show them, but I forgot it when I left my house. Either way, I would've excepted to purchase the correct thing from them, especially when one of their workers are telling me their shower head holders are universal..... as you can see in the picture, these aren't even close to being alike!! I can't even return it because I didn't get the receipt! He was so adamant that this was the right piece when it CLEARLY is FAR from being correct! Camping world needs to educate their employees better.

We've had two encounters with Town & Country RV Repair and both experiences were excellent…read more 1) We were having some issues with the refrigerator in our camper. I called and spoke with the owner about it. I was wanting someone to come check it out. He asked me a few questions about the fridge and how we were using it. He then offered some suggestions about how to help it perform as it was designed. He said to call him back if those suggestions didn't work and he would come and check it out. We implemented the suggestions and have not had any issues. I appreciated him offering the suggestions over the phone instead of coming out and charging me for a trip to do the same thing. 2) More recently, we have had a lingering water leak issue somewhere around the roof. I found a couple of places where I thought water might be getting in, but over time, it was obvious that I had not found the place where it was getting in. Called and set up an appointment. They worked with me to schedule a time when someone would be at home. The techs called when they were on the way and they kept us in the loop throughout the process of doing the work. They were very courteous and professional. In less than two hours, they had found where the water was getting in (something that should have been done at the factory), corrected the issue, put everything back together, sent me before and after pictures, were paid and gone. Well worth what we paid them. Definitely recommend these guys to folks having issues with their camper/RV.

Mikey loves RVs, so we had the idea to take him to a dealership to look at inventory, just for fun. Luckily our first stop was Great American RVs, because they were so welcoming. They understood our situation and gave us access to the entire lot - acres of beautiful RVs in all shapes and sizes! Mikey was ecstatic! These are the kind of people who give me faith in humanity. This includes selling us expensive electronics we didn't need because they were already integrated in our RV. And they refused to refund us for this. The entire experience has been difficult, disappointing and frustrating. It took us 8 hours to take delivery of our new 2023 RV, which we made a deal on and bought sight-unseen online. Several things were wrong with it which took forever to resolve, some of them are still not resolved. Probably won't be buying from this dealership again.

Was on the road and needed a replacement part, a control board for my RVs refridgerator, which…read morenobody seemed to have. I called Corinth RV's parts department and over the phone told her what I was needing and was looking for, gave her the manufacturer part number and in a couple minutes search Janet told me she could get it overnight and I could pick it up on my way through town the next day. No deposit asked or to pay for it all upfront. Not only did Corinth RV get the part for me the day as I was passing through, they also had the best price on the part by far. They were at least 20% under all the competition. She even gave me a veterans discount on top of their low price. When I arrived she apologized that the board had not arrived yet (third party delivery is totally beyond her control), and that it was out for delivery and should be there within the hour. She also called to make sure while I waited. I went to grab some lunch and while we were gone she called that it had arrived and was ready whenever I got back. Great customer service. You pull your Harley in....you pull your Harley out…read more You pull your 5th wheel up and you shake it all about You do the hokey pokey and you spin your toy hauler all around.....that's what choosing your RV is all about! That's the tune I've had going on in my head for over a month. Corinth RV doesn't have larger toy haulers, but they have a huge selection of bumper pulls, fifth wheels and pop-up campers. The salespeople are very nice and accomodating and understand when it's time to walk away and let you search through the inventory at your pace. They offer reasonable rates on loans up to 15 years. In the showroom there is an antique Coke machine and the restore and paint was done by the team of painters there at Corinth RV, as a demo of their painting abilities.
