Nov 12th- picked up trailer in Sikeston from Adamsons Trailer made light duty, but assume its ok, we gave very detailed info on what we would be hauling. (skidster) we added lights, wench and rounded corners so kids don't get hurt. 11/ loaded skid loader, it broke dove tail and almost went thru floor, had to reinforce with plywood and jacks (have pictures) Reviewed sales "contract" first one was rejected because it said utility trailer, husband called adamsons, he said it was a mistake, new contract calls trailer a "dove tail" 12/3-took back to Adamsons trailers in Pocahontas Tried all week, Adamson will not return call 12/9 spoke with Kyle King at Elite Trailers, told us Adamsons misled us sold us a utility trailer when we has specifically told him we needed a heavier "car hauler" trailer. Kyle said we could have gotten one for $300 more, we would have gladly paid! Told me he'd call back this afternoon about what can be done. Will at least fix broken dovetail. 12/12 spoke to kyle, asked when trailer would be done and if he'd talked to adamsons, he said he had not would call back 12/14 no call, called Kyle back. Said he would fix broken dovetail and reinforce underneath with thicker steel (charge $150), that it would work then for our needs. Said he would not be selling to Adamson's anymore. Said afterwards trailer will have full 3 yr warranty, he is going to have someone meet us in Collinsville dec 26th or 27th. 12/21, got ahold of kyle after leaving msg Monday and Tuesday. Said they were fixing trailer today. But closed for xmas etc, no one will bring to Collinsville, we can pick up dec 31st. 12/29- called to confirm our pick up on 12/31. Kyle tells us a BS story of how auditors are coming last minute and he can't be in the building from fri-monday! Yea, sounds right. Btw, he never called to let us know this made up story, if I had not of called to confirm, what we would have driven 6 hours to find no one??? So I said we will be there sat the 7th. 1/6- nothing from Kyle, I called to confirm pick up Sat 7th. This time he tells me there is an ice storm and roads are closed. 1/6 Cj called, Kyle said oh yea I hear ya, long drive, not your fault, I'm trying to help etc etc. Said her would "piggyback" our trailer onto a load going to KC, mo then bring it thru St louis and drop it off there for you to pick up. I will call Monday he says. FRIDAY (not Monday) 1/13- I call back, so I guess our trailer is not in St Lois? I'm tired of the BS stories, I will be there to pick it up on Tuesday. As soon as I call him on his BS, he starts yelling and says he will call a tow truck and have it put in storage and send me the bill. Sure I say, then I will call the police and let them you know you have stolen property. He then says pick it up Tuesday or I will ( he is still yelling). I try to confirm address, his LLC (revoked) lists a Dover St address in Jonesboro, his FB lists a Russelville AR address and google lists an address on SW st in Jonesboro. I called the city collector to confirm, she couldn't find a business with that name listed with the city. I called a business neighbor and asked if Elite Custom Trailer was next door, she said it was, but it had moved a few weeks ago. She also indicated her boss thinks very little of Kyle King. I left a msg for Kyle to call me with address, not surprising- no CB. I called Jonesboro Police, they had never heard of Elite Custom Trailers, but they gave me a couple suggestions and offered to go with me for pick up on Tuesday. Police officer (very nice guy) called me back, he said he found the new address, talked to Kyle and said Kyle was expecting me on Tuesday. (I wonder how Kyle was thinking I would find him???) Tuesday 1/17/2017- Drove 6 hours to pick up our trailer have $150 in cash to pay for additional reinforcement (even after all of this BS). My friend and I arrive to a sad looking metal building with my trailer plus 1 other unfinished trailer in sight. Kyle (only person at "shop") comes out askes me name (ummm...how many times have we spoken) address (says he has "warranty" form) and phone #. He then says (my friend and whatever god you believe in as witness) you wont be putting the same equipment on here will you? I say why, you told me previously with the reinforcement it would be fine. He says (not kidding) "I never got around to doing it" OMFG, are you kidding me??? He then starts yelling at us and calling us cheap to have bought this trailer (his trailer) in the first place. In summary, 12/21 he said he was doing the reinforcement, fixing the dovetail and we would pick up 12/31. We pick up after having to ask cops for the address on 1/17/2017 and he "didn't get around to fixing". And lastly, with a 6 hour drive ahead at 3:30 pm, the trailer lights DO NOT WORK.

Unfortunately, all of the reviews were bad, and when I began talking to the service techs and representatives, it was horrible! I began looking outside of my area and found Kellys RV, about two hours away, which had been in business a while and showed to have zero better business bureau complaints. We made the trip and took the RV in to get the estimate. From the first step in the door to the time we picked up our our RV, the service and response was fantastic. We were guided through the whole process, but more than that, the service was courteous, friendly, and excellent. The repairs are perfect! Looks like we found the place for us. Give them a try.
