The location of his office is very convenient as there is parking available. His practice is located on the first floor as you enter the building which is very thoughtful as I do not have very good knees. As you can see from the pictures, the practice office is maintained extremely clean which is what I would want when I enter a clinic. I am greeted at the front desk by his courteous and professional staff. I am courteously welcomed by Dr. Wang. He makes me feel very comfortable with the examination process. I am extremely happy that I have found an excellent doctor who is not only very knowledgeable in his practice, but is also very caring and makes me feel very safe. Dr. Wang is also extremely compassionate and has a great communication style. He not only asked me important health questions, but he also explained in a language that I could understand. Moreover, he also listened and took my decisions into consideration in order to make recommendations for my knee treatment. Also, he took his time to thoroughly discuss with me the options for my knee treatment. For all the above reasons, I would highly recommend Dr. Hongyin Wang to all my family and friends. And I also look forward to seeing Dr. Wang again for my knee treatment follow-up. Thank you Dr. Wang for taking special care of me, I really appreciate your hard work and dedication!

Dr. checked me out and what not, turns out i just have allergies. Dr. asked if I wanted to do my annual bloodwork during the new patient visit as I had already fasted and not eaten breakfast. I said sure. She stated the second half of my physical (physical body inspection) would be done in a month. Later on I receive a bill from the lab for my bloodwork. They submitted my annual bloodwork as not part of my annual, which is unfair because i was under the impression that is part of an annual and my insurance covers the bloodwork. I called their office to explain and understand the confusion. The front desk rep said that bloodwork is not part of my annual and they would pull it again in a month. (my blood work came out completely normal). i asked the rep then why did they pull my blood, etc. she told me just because and an annual exam involves an EKG. I was baffled. I've never heard of that before. I end the call. I call back and speak to another rep who was understanding and asked me to email a copy of the bill and they would resubmit it. They never did. Fast forward, i go in for the second part of my physical asking if they resubmitted it and they say no and its not part of my physical. I advised them they do not have my permission to pull my blood again because they already did it. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated they would resubmit it. It has now been a month and I've followed up 3 times with no response. This is ridiculous and although Dr. is great, I don't think I want to come back.

Completely unethical office!!! I have been a patient at Dr. Perry Herson's office for two years,…read moreand this experience has been extremely disappointing and unethical. At my last appointment in December, my prescription refill was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy, but the office failed to do so. Now, months later in May, when I urgently need the medication, they are refusing to send the prescription because of an alleged $150 balance, even though the bill should be handled by the insurance company. Holding a patient's medication hostage over a disputed balance is unacceptable. Patients should not be put in the middle of insurance billing issues, especially when it affects access to necessary medical care. Instead of correcting their own mistake from December, the office chose to deny treatment and pressure payment first. Maybe I should put some pressure on them and file a complaint with the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct so that other patients aren't blind sided and left without medication. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and compassion is shocking. The office manager was extremely rude and hung up the phone without any resolution to the significant issue. After being a loyal patient, I expected far better treatment. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office.

I by- pass the check in booth because no one was present so I went to the counter and was to go back to the booth. The lady at check in had just returned and she tagged if she could help me and I told her that I had to check in and she got a little rude. Her reply and tone was, I'm helping two people. She could have stated that she will be with me in a moment, a much better reply! I went back to the front desk as I was summoned from the person that sent me a way and he was kind and pleasant to deal with. After check in I dealt with the techs. Tina was the first, giving a mammogram it was a strange experience for me e as a guy but I made it through. Jesse was the sonogram tech. Very pleasant experience and both were giving me information as to what was about to occur. I had to do an chest X-ray and that also went well. I didn't get the text name but he was very apologetic for the delay in the waiting time. He didn't know that they put out charts in door rack. The facility is emaculate and very much in order. All of the other staff that I dealt with were professional, and compassionate.
