The last time I went there, I specifically told the massage therapist that I didn't want her to thumb pick knots in my back, and rather to apply deep bottom palm pressure through knots. They agreed then through the whole massage they thumb picked every knot. When they overwhelmed me with "please review us?!" messages, I finally sent them that feedback. This was probably 2-3 years ago. The response I got from whomever responded to me was essentially "You're not a massage connoisseur. We don't provide swedish massage. We only address the issues and don't provide relaxation massages. We're sorry that you were bugged." This did not take any ownership and basically pushed everything on me. Instead of saying "sorry we didn't listen to you." Or even "thank you for taking the time to let us know why you weren't happy", the response was "sorry you were bugged." And now, years after the fact they continue to resubscribe me even after I unsubscribe. They missed out on a customer who enjoys massages, and pays to get 1 to 2 massages a month now from another local competitive provider.
