We adored every vendor she suggested, and both weddings went off without a hitch. She had all emergencies covered. Forgot the flower girl baskets at the hotel with the ceremony 5 minutes out? No problem! She had extras in her car. My dog getting muddy paw prints all over my dress? Ashley had special wipes that made everything look good as new. She even had a sewing kit on hand for dress malfunctions. I can't say enough wonderful things about her services, and Ashley as a person. I would recommend her to anyone.

We could only afford to hire her as a day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to help us through every phase. She quickly understood what our vision was for the event was and did everything in her power to make it a reality. She is decisive (when you can't be), ready with a trusted vendor recommendation (when you need it), extremely professional and has a good eye for what's hot (and what's not). She also has a wickedly good sense of humor. She is also fabulous at negotiating prices with vendors so I suggest you get that package if you can swing the cost. We couldn't, but Ashley still helped us get a good price with certain vendors and even came to my dress fitting although I'd already used up the consultations included in my package. In response to the other reviewer: it may take her a little while to respond to emails because she has other clients with weddings taking place before yours. But she always got back to us in less than 48 hours with very detailed responses and her response time was even faster--mere hours--during the last month of the planning. I cannot imagine what the planning would have been without such wealth of information just an email away. Unlike some other planners I've heard stories about, Ashley worked behind the scenes on our wedding day to make everything ran smoothly and only came to us with questions when it was absolutely necessary. You have no idea how important this is. We got to spend time with our family, friends and each other instead of worrying about the small stuff. As a result, the entire event was a success and everyone is still raving that it was the most fun and beautiful wedding they have ever been to. We had a blast too! We would absolutely hire her again without any hesitation and enthusiastically recommend her. She is the best of the best!

Even though she was a month - of coordinator, she made sure that leading up to that month we had any pressing questions answered. She has such an easy going way about doing the wedding coordination that keeps everyone at ease and stress free. She had her assistant Sammy with her for the wedding day and both of them were so helpful with making sure the event went smoothly. We are a modern couple and wanted a modern/ non denominational (star wars, metallica and men in heels hah )wedding and they made us feel so comfortable with keeping things simple and fun. I was the Maid of Honor for my friends' Cher and Tony's wedding and I was also their unofficial wedding planner. They originally had a day of coordinator provided from another company - this coordinator dropped the ball on so many occasions that we had to fire her and look for a new one TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I emailed Amanda in a panic and she replied within an hour and hopped on the phone with me to hear my concerns over what didn't work out with the previous person and also let me know that they potentially had someone available. In comes Audrey - organized, professional, and overall a gem of a human being. The difference between her and their old coordinator was night and day! She came in two weeks prior and was able to get a wrangle on all the vendors and organization details. She came to the walkthrough so prepared that even their other vendors were impressed. We were so stressed with our old coordinator but all the stress came right off after Audrey took over. On the day of the wedding, we also had Maeghan onsite (another amazing human being btw) - every last detail was PERFECT. Everything was set up the way the bride had wanted. The wedding went off without a hitch and it wouldn't have happened that way without the team at Fete and Figs.

AWFUL experience at my wedding reception…read more - I was told ONE DAY before my reception that another decorator (Fatima) will be coming to do decorations, while I had been in contact with Aziz the entire time prior. It is ok if another decorator is coming, but I would have appreciated it if someone would have told me ahead of time, and not the day before. - When I got to the reception, Fatima had set up the stage and left already. She did not light up the candles that was discussed earlier. When I called to ask where she was, I was told that it is Venue's responsibility. It was not communicated to me or any of the venue staff. I found this out 1 hour before my event. When I called Fatima, it was rather a cold response and told us that owner would call us back shortly. I never got that phone call. - The decorative chairs and rug at the stage were filthy dirty. Got a couple of comments from the guests, which was not nice to hear during my reception. I am writing this review so that no one else has to go through the unprofessionalism and stress like we did. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend using divine decor. They were difficult to approach to begin with, and the last minute stress did not help at all. UPDATE - The owner reached out and was very apologetic. He offered monetary compensation.

Jillian gave great advice and tips and also made sure all of our contracts were read thoroughly to ensure we were getting what we paid for with all the vendors.
