That all changed when I called and made an appointment to get my windows cleaned. Not only did he show up on time, he could see what the problem was and went to work applying the right solution to get my windows sparkling clean! He also replaced the window screen since it also had hardwater stains on it. Now with sparkling clean windows and a brand new window screen, I can enjoy the outside view! Excellent job done, excellent customer service, and was also on time for the appointment! Very pleased with a job well done.

Who knows when the windows at this house were last washed. They were covered with grime, hard water stains and a thick layer of dust from the extensive remodeling we have been doing. The fellow from Crystal Clear quickly had them sparkling inside and out. It was a pleasure doing business with Crystal Clear. They were very accomodating in scheduling my work quickly and at my convenience. Their employee arrived when scheduled and was pleasant and professional. He got to worked quickly and efficiently and finished what appeared to me to be a "big" job in a couple of hours. And as mentioned before, the windows looked wonderful. I felt that the fees charged were completely fair and worth every penny. I would certainly use Crystal Clear again and feel very comfortable in recommending them to friends.

Myself, and my 85 year old father pulled the carpet, removed the carpet pad, and moved one piece of furniture. We had two fans ourselves (one being industrial) that we put in the area, and then called Tobin. They came and supplied a dehumidifier and a couple of fans. Tobin stated that it would be around 900 dollars. Which seemed reasonable because we handled most of the hard items. The following week, the dollar amount was paid in full, and the fans were removed. My father then received a phone call stating that what was just part of the amount. They wanted $2200.00 more! They stated they have two separate departments. One that tears down and one that puts it back together. This is not agreed upon verbally. Then claiming there are two separate departments when this was NOT communicated upon arrival at the house. Their invoicing practice is fraudulent and dishonest. I will NEVER use them again for any business. I recommend ANYONE ELSE in Idaho Falls. Don't bother having the owner respond to this review. Update: Tobin's owner visited homeowner and reduced the bill.
