While waiting in my car, I get an email notification that the ticket had been canceled and my card would be refunded in 2-3 business days. I walked into the store to ask about this and was told this was normal and that they were still working on my phone. After waiting almost 2 hours, I got back into the store because they would be closing in 15 minutes. They informed me that the Servify ticket from Samsung wouldn't go through and my phone could not be released. They had been finished with my phone for 20 minutes. If notified sooner, I could have walked out tonight with the phone. Don't go here. It is not worth the trouble.
