HIRE MORGAN!…read more Seriously. Hire Morgan. He is better than a DJ. The entire experience was like hanging out with a friend who likes really good music and knows how to get a group to have the best time ever. The most magical moment of our wedding was on the dance floor at the end of the night... somehow Morgan ws able to string songs together that got every single person we love to gather around us, sing at the top of their lungs and dance like crazy people. I swear that my heart exploded at that moment because I was just so overwhelmed with the incredible moment he created. Oh, and he just happened to take amazing photos and share them with me. So if you hire Morgan, you get a: DJ, emcee, photographer and friend. Score.

I would highly recommend Morgan at MK Mobile Sound!! Our wedding designer told us about him and we…read morewere very pleased with his performance at our recent Carmel Valley Ranch wedding. The things I appreciated the most about Morgan were his professionalism, responsiveness, and organizational skills. Not only did he travel to our venue for a pre-wedding meeting (during which he sat us down and discussed all pertinent details), he also checked in numerous times leading up to the big day and created detailed Google Doc that I could access. It made us feel very comfortable and happy with our choice! During the wedding he played an awesome variety of music including many songs that I had suggested. He listened to all of my requests and did a great job as the MC. Even though we had a small-ish wedding and had a separate outdoor gathering area, he managed to keep the crowd on the dance floor all night! Morgan has great style and will work with your wants and needs to create the perfect wedding playlist.

Him and the band members played and sang a variety of songs, not to mention being a great sax player and we also had a trumpet player as well! My guests were so thrilled to hear them play, Plena Vista had the crowd on the dance floor!. They had a female singer join them, who if you had your eyes closed, would guess you were listening to Selena all over again, what a great voice! A great variety of both English and Spanish songs, cumbias, salsa, instrumental and a great imitation of Bruno Mars!!!! Their DJ kept the hits coming while the band took a break. I hope to book them once again, I hope next time we have more time to hear them perform! The night went sooo fast! Thank you Anthony and John and the band, you guys sounded great! You definitely have a great thing growing here!!! Best of luck to you all!

This was my second time going to Hangar 24 and it was just as enjoyable as the first! My friends…read moreand I came to grab a bite to eat and to join in on the Tuesday night trivia. There was a pretty big show out for trivia, which was cool to see! Our small but mighty team of four tried our best and unfortunately came in second to last place... Although we lost, our meals and beverages were a WIN! I ordered the Master Craftsman's Burger which was DELICIOUS! I loved the combination of bacon + meat + ciabatta + strawberry jam + arugula: YUM! My only gripe was that the bottom bun was incredibly greasy, which led to it being soggy. I'd recommend draining the grease of the burgers before putting it onto the burger buns! I have some additional recommendations, specifically relating to the trivia event! There were times where it was incredibly hard to hear the facilitator, especially with the background chatter. If it's possible to get the audio on all the speakers in the space, that would be immensely helpful, especially for folks who are hard-of-hearing. Also, the chairs at the high-top tables are incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time, especially for folk who are larger waisted and/or larger bottomed. I know replacement chairs would be costly, but just something for the business to consider, especially if folks are playing trivia and sitting for a while. Other than that, Hangar 24 is a great spot to grab a bit to eat and to have an adult beverage! I highly recommend to folks in the area to swing by and give it a try.
