In every situation I have always been 100% satisfied. Everyone I have encountered in the company is professional and dedicated to ensuring that whatever event is being held is a major success. I have never known anyone to come away from an event disappointed. I have worked with other event companies over the years and I am always disappointed when I've been forced to go with someone other than Party Up. I cannot stress how highly I recommend Party Up!

Party Up is AWESOME from start to finish!…read more Nick was the Dj for our wedding and reception. He did an amazing job. During our consult he listened to what we wanted for our wedding and he even provided suggestions on how to make our wedding more unique through our song/lighting choices. On our wedding day, he was on time and made sure everything started on time and flowed smoothly. He created a great playlist of songs based on our likes and dislikes. Nick is also very professional. During our reception, the owner of the facility told him the music needed to be turned down. He politely obliged. The owner got mad and started yelling at him in front of the guests saying he didn't turn it down low enough (mind you, you at this point could not hear it in the tent 15 feet away). The owner then took Nicks laptop and started cursing at Nick (again in front of my guests). He kept his cool and was able to deescalate the situation and save the night for us. He is the best of the best! So if you are looking for a good time with a professional, fun, enthusiastic party starter...This is the company for you.

He was super easy to work with and very communicative leading up to the wedding. The day of, he played the songs we wanted and more. Our guests were dancing all night! Our favorite part was the special toast and shout out he gave us before open dancing, but you'll have to book him to see what that's about! Sherard is a legend.

I hired Sherard for my wedding in May 2022. Overall, he was friendly, easy to get a hold of, the…read moreamount he charged for his services was affordable, and he had a good sound system. However, I am not giving a 5 star review for a couple of reasons. I planned on playing and singing a song on guitar for my wife during the dinner portion of our reception. I told Sherard a couple times about this leading up to the wedding and I asked if I could be plugged in and miked. He said that he could arrange for me to be plugged in and miked, no problem. When it came time to perform, I wasn't plugged in and I had no mic. I didn't get any warning or heads up that the plan changed. I had provided Sherard with a list of songs I wanted to be played during the dancing portion of the reception. I had told him by phone and by email that I only wanted the songs on the list to be played when the dancing started. When the dancing started, the first 4 songs he played were songs of his choosing. My wife and I had to talk to him a total of 3 times before he started playing songs on the list I provided. Overall, if you don't have specific requests or accommodations for the DJ you hire, I'd recommend hiring Sherard. However, if you do have specific requests or accommodations that need to be made, be advised.

I was most impressed because when I hired him he asked for a play list and my daughter said "have him play similar music to the other party". Even though the parties were two months apart he had taken notes and went back to see what had worked and what hadn't and made a plan for my daughter's party. Additionally, he knows how to read the crowd and play songs they want to hear and dance to. The kids LOVED him! He was professional to work with, communicated well and arrived on time. You can tell he loves what he does because he was laughing and smiling with the kids during the party and was fully engaged in his job. Highly recommend!

FANTABULOUS! I…read moreappreciate the fact that DJ RYNO called in sick from his day job to show up at our scheduled vendor walk through. This helped a lot and you could tell because on the day of the event, I had minimal contact with the crew to check up on them or to correct them. They already knew what we wanted and what the 2 wedding venues wanted from them. DJ Ryno Ryan Tabares arrived with a crew of 4 to ensure that the audio for the ceremony and the dance lights and audio for the reception were set up correctly and as scheduled. The crew were mic'ed so there were no running around to tell someone that "we can't hear anything at the back." Which is what happened at the ceremony. Because there were more than one of them, DJ Ryno was able to perform his MC role flawlessly. He was able to stand outside with the wedding party as they were getting introduced in the wedding reception to ensure that the correct names were being called out for the right persons walking in. You have no idea how many times I've seen MC's get this wrong. But before all that, he made sure that the crowd was hyped up. If they weren't hyped up, it sure looked like it and it looked great in the photos and videos because he made everyone wave their napkins around in the air as the wedding party strutted/danced/paraded in. One thing I was worried about during the reception is that I won't be able to eat because I'll have to un around make sure that the next item on the program is set up. This worry did not materialize bcause DJ RYNO took care of all that. Once again, one of the beauties of having your whole crew mic'ed. He was able to communicate with the rest of the crew on what songs or items need to be set up in the computer or DJ machine or whatever DJ's use, while he walked around letting the next person in the list know that they will be up. Great job calling the crowd for the money dance as well. He made it funny and not tacky. Great job getting the older crowd to come up and dance too by the way. When the younger ones took a break and started going towards the photobooth, he changed the music quickly and got all the parents and grandparents to start dancing... young people none the wiser. Hehehe... I think what I loved about them the most, aside from making my job waaaaaaaay easier of course, is that they actually let the couple dance their choreographed first dance again as the last dance of the night. What a super touching way to end a beautiful, fun-filled night.
