The cut was precise, meticulous and never felt rushed. Good conversation. Place is chill and had soccer on. Easy to make an appointment online. It's really hard to find a good barbershop and a great barber. I have been to so many barbershops…read moreall over the world and Valley clubhouse Barbershop sets themselves apart. I highly recommend you go to this establishment. Let me tell you why. This place, reminds me of truefitt & hill in the UK, who have cut the hair of iconic figures such as Frank Sinatra and Winston Churchill. It's on a Sunday mid afternoon when almost everybody is closed or unavailable. I contacted Valley clubhouse Barbershop. And the phone rang and voicemail. A few minutes after I hung up I got a return call from the owner, who was extremely kind, responsive, and flexible with my needs. I'm paralyzed and a power wheelchair. I requested to have my haircut in my power wheelchair. They accommodated me and did an incredible job. The place has ample parking and it's easy to see. An awesome vibe with great staff who make you feel comfortable and are extremely kind just good people. The place is spotless extremely clean and my barber was Alec M. He's an exceptional barber I highly recommend him. He was extremely meticulous, thorough attentive and just an extremely skilled barber but also a good person and a good human being. I have to give the owner of creditfor finding incredible staff. He has built a great team. The prices are exceptional because of the work and the time they take making you look good making sure you're getting exactly what you ask for they do a tremendous job. Are they as good as some of the best barbers around the world the really iconic ones? They are. I mean, you get superior technique, combined with highly skilled staff for starters. A friendly and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Alec, my barber I highly recommend you try him the attention to detail and the Customer Care he has it worth you driving five hours to come for a haircut or or a beard shave. The only thing that I can see the place can do as far as improvements, would be a bar or seating area outside you can smoke a cigar. Some of the top places that do that they do that with precision but the problem is they usually are not the type that you wanna stay and hang out but these guys are extremely cool. Before you go to any other barber or if you're going to another barber, I highly recommend you try out Valley Clubhouse Barbershop, and you will not be disappointed! They are the best of the best.

My son loves it, feels good and is ready for school with his fresh, new hair cut :) I was a bit shocked at the price $35 for a kids hair cut is more than I've ever spent before, the most I've spent being about $27 at other places so that was the only downfall about the experience. Everything else was great! Thank you!

I thought about this review before posting for a while. Only because I know that other than this…read moreone experience I've actually had satisfactory experiences beforehand. I've decided not to name the barber, but I will say he is always there and usually will open the shop. He in the past had cut my hair, nothing outstanding but for the price and time I'd say it was something I could make peace with. On this particular day, this barber did not listen to what I was trying to describe to him on how I wanted my hair. This was important to me because I had engagement photos after this. Long story short, the 1st pass of the clippers already made it clear he either did not understand or listen. He seemed upset when I called him out, but I was in such shock that I left going else where to have hair fixed. I went back weeks later after hair had grown out fully expecting this same barber to be there and ready to leave the experience in the past. He immediately stated snarky comments before me sitting in his chair about how I needed to be clearer on what I wanted. The tone and the choice in words were enough for me to interpret he was still in a negative emotional space and I could not trust him anymore with my hair. I turned around and left. My occupation not only has me managing coworkers but patient experiences as well. One of my top rules is don't let emotion get the best of you and dictate your behavior. Not a huge deal. There's shops all over the area that I'm sure I'll find a great barber with a competitor.
