I called early in the morning, and Eric answered the phone. I explained that my son was looking for a style that would suit him, and Eric told us to come on in. We booked an appointment for later that afternoon. Eric did not rush the process at all. He took the time to listen to my son, understand what he wanted, and create a cut that perfectly fit his face shape. He even taught him how to style it so he could keep the look at home. A few days later, my son forgot how to style it, and this is where Eric truly went above and beyond. Not only did he send us a YouTube video, but he also took the time to FaceTime my son personally and walk him through the styling step-by-step. I have never come across a barber (or really anyone) as kind, patient, and dedicated to their clients as Eric. He went out of his way, even after hours, to make sure my son was happy and confident with his new style. We are beyond impressed and so grateful. Then the hair cut took 45 mins and at the end the guy said it was $40 with a 2$ card charge. My husband was shocked at this price as when he checked online it showed $25. I went to go double-check the pricing and unfortunately that was a Google photo that was 7 years old. So while this is user error I do think that the company should be made aware that they have some pretty outdated photos on their Google reviews confusing their clientele. The haircut was okay but nothing special for an hour service and 50$.

I thought about this review before posting for a while. Only because I know that other than this…read moreone experience I've actually had satisfactory experiences beforehand. I've decided not to name the barber, but I will say he is always there and usually will open the shop. He in the past had cut my hair, nothing outstanding but for the price and time I'd say it was something I could make peace with. On this particular day, this barber did not listen to what I was trying to describe to him on how I wanted my hair. This was important to me because I had engagement photos after this. Long story short, the 1st pass of the clippers already made it clear he either did not understand or listen. He seemed upset when I called him out, but I was in such shock that I left going else where to have hair fixed. I went back weeks later after hair had grown out fully expecting this same barber to be there and ready to leave the experience in the past. He immediately stated snarky comments before me sitting in his chair about how I needed to be clearer on what I wanted. The tone and the choice in words were enough for me to interpret he was still in a negative emotional space and I could not trust him anymore with my hair. I turned around and left. My occupation not only has me managing coworkers but patient experiences as well. One of my top rules is don't let emotion get the best of you and dictate your behavior. Not a huge deal. There's shops all over the area that I'm sure I'll find a great barber with a competitor.

Nice couple but just very quiet. It might be cultural, but it wouldn't hurt for them to strike up a conversation a bit more. Either way not a huge deal. I got a medium shaved fade with a one on top. I had a great conversation with Lucy. She's extremely hospitable and you can tell she has a passion for Barbering. I was very surprised by her genuine care considering this was my first visit. It felt like I knew her for years. The end result was incredible. Precision and exactly what I wanted.
