Just got back from my appointment with Maryam and all I have to say is WOW. I am BEYOND impressed with the magic she's just done to my hair (see photos attached.) I wanted a little autumn update to my hair for the upcoming fall season and explained to her what I was looking for. Something warm and red, but still brown. I showed her a few inspo photos and left the rest in her hands. SHE NAILED IT. MY GOODNESS- RUN DONT WALK and book this woman. She not only gave me the best hair cut I've had in years, but after my color she gave me a botanical hair mask treatment that left my hair feeling and looking like silk. When I showed up for my appointment, my regular hair stylist had been double-booked so they gave me to another stylist which I was okay with. That was my mistake - I should have waited. In a nutshell - the haircut was so disappointing and I ended up looking like a little old church lady who might have 25 cats at home. (BTW I love cats, and no disrespect). I had shown a couple of photos of what I had hoped for and one was of myself a couple of years ago. I would have been thrilled if the cut came out looking even remotely like the photo. I was concerned during the cut when I wasn't facing the mirror so I finally asked if I could watch by having the chair turned so I could see in the mirror. The stylist turned me around and I was in shock. I had said leave the length at least two inches below my chin. It was chin length, barely. I did express my disappointment, then quietly freaked out through the rest of the cut because the damage was done. I expressed my disappointment but that didn't seem of concern. I was told the next time they would get me with my regular stylist. The cut was really chunky and bad. After a week of trying to make it look normal - I finally went to another salon and had it fixed. Aveda did offer me 10% off on my next haircut. I'll pass. read more

This was absolutely by far the worst experience for me in Nevada for hair service. The hair stylists was booked for an updo. She pushed for an updo and highlights over and over. I finally gave in. What got was a hot mess with 45 Bobby pins my 9 year old would have done better. The owner and manager offered a free fix and refunded the appointment but when I got bronchitis the day before the appointment the fix was no longer an option. My hair was left burned and broken from the so called highlights. My hair is so dry it breaks and my color left me looking like a raccoon. Places should not make bad hires, then make an offer to make good on a bad appointment and then say oh sorry offer denied. My hair will take a couple years to recover from the damage. Save yourself and go to a salon with integrity and who will stand behind their customer satisfaction. The owner herself agreed it was a hot mess but then failed to live up to her offer for a fix. read more

I had another wonderful experience with one of their hairstylist. I asked Nandu to give me bob cut with a nice shape all around and I was so pleased with how it turned out! It usually gets thined because my hair is thick. She kept the length in the front and gave me layers and I love how it just falls on my head. It's super short but still feminine. (IMO salon should have covered it ALL.) I had a baby a few months ago and it's hard to find some "me time" and a good cut for me was very needed ....my time here was perfect. Overall Salon is nice and good coffee. But as far as my personal experience I wouldn't recommend Claire to cut your hair because of how she messed up my hair. I knew she messed up when she made the first cut. Her hands seemed shaky and she even dropped the comb as she was trying to cut the long layers that I asked for. Super disappointed with how she left my hair, and greasy on top of it. The top of my hair looked like a wet dog bc she overdid it with the oil. And that night was date night for me. I had to come in another day to get it fixed by someone else. But I wouldn't go back to Claire again. I understand mistakes happen.
