I saw him individually and for my marriage at the time. Most people that I talk to about counseling saw" what do I saw"? There is no script you need to say to your counselor. In my very 1st session, I cried for 30 plus minutes because I was in so much pain about my marriage heading for divorce. I was all over the place with my thoughts. Each time I went, I got better with crying in most of my sessions. Dr. Kola was patient and kind in letting me take my time to get to the root of my thoughts and feelings. Dr.Kola, by far, is one of the best counselors I have ever had. This is his calling. In 2021, I still see him, and now it became a family thing. My 23-year-old is seeing him also.
