There were some minor things wrong with it that weren't disclosed (like no shocks!) but I have been moderately happy with the truck. NOT HAPPY WITH THE DEALER. They offered a promotion that month of free tires for life. I just tried to redeem that promotion as it has been over 4 years and tires need replacing. They WILL NOT HONOR IT. They said there were some changes in ownership and they simply cannot honor the promotion. Not the way to do business in my opinion. Who doesnt honor that. NIGERIAN PRINCE LEVEL SCAM I can't find my original review that was a very positive review. I feel I have to post a one star review now to accommodate the hidden fees that they did not tell me about and only did I find out I was spending easily $3k in bull shit fees. Optional gap coverage was almost $1k Rust prevention was $999 for real what do they even do for that? They didn't even wash the undercarriage I've got pictures to prove it Theft protection was $800 Thankfully I didn't spend any money on extended warranties I feel like I bought a bunch of nothing this dealership doesn't care about you and I won't buy from a dealership again When I try calling the dealership they say they will get back with me and they never do, they don't have any helpful phone numbers on there website. I'm going to have to go in to the dealership to talk to the right person. Carson Babbitt was our finance manager that snuck in the hidden fees. They are missing out on way more money in lost business than they gained with my deal. Any one I can talk to or anywhere I can post about TruckWorld will hear my negative experience. It's wrong to sell a product that doesn't exists. It's wrong to include add ons that I didn't ask for. It's wrong to sneak them onto paperwork without any sort of notice. The salesman named Mike called me about a car I was looking at online. I told him we were serious buyers so he set up an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by another salesman who said Mike was gone for the day. He said the car we were interested is was on a test drive and to comeback in 30 minutes. When leaving we noticed the car we were interested in pulling into the lot with who we later found out was the salesman Mike. After we returned the salesman Mike walked out to our car and apologized and said the car had been sold. We drove an hour to meet him and he sold the vehicle to someone else and couldn't give us the courtesy of letting us know before we drove down. I wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys. We purchased a GMC Yukon Denali XL and within a month we were broke down on the side of the freeway with my small children! To make matters worse, we had just left our friends house where my son was having a NEW allergic reaction to their dogs. So we left to go home to get my son his medication and our new car that we just purchased from Truck World the month before was broke down. After waiting for the tow truck and having it towed to a local autoshop the mechanics there stated that the vehicle was 1 qt low on oil and the oil that was in it was extremely dirty and has metal in it and that there's no way that Truck World did any maintenance on the vehicle before selling it to us. So we now need a new motor in it! WITHIN A MONTH YOU GUYS!!! My husband bought a new family vehicle that I could drive around safely. Taking the kids to and from school, grocery shopping typical mom stuff. And this is what happened after purchasing it from Truck World. I am mind blown that a company can sell a vehicle like that KNOWING that there vehicle are not looked over as they say they are. We have NEVER EVER had anything like this happen before dealing with a big dealership before. I have called several times and even multiple times a day and the General Manager Anthony Sowell is completely avoiding my calls. The sales team says he will call me back or he'll be in in a certain time frame and he doesn't call me or all of a sudden he's busy and is helping someone else. And NEVER calls me back. This is the truck we "bought" the day after we got it. The check engine codes came in after we got it back. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS BOUNTIFUL LOT OR CENTERVILLE this dealership is crooked, dishonest and dirty. To say they take advantage is an understatement. We walked in New Year's Day to trade a 2021 Ford F-150 Powerboost hybrid with 14k miles on it. We owned it free and clear with title in hand. I recently learned that I needed a medical procedure done. My insurance would not cover it so my only option was to pay cash. So I swallowed my pride and accepted my truck would have to go. We called about a Toyota Tundra and we're told it would be there and warmed up when we arrived. As we got there we were met by Troy (salesman #1) who told us sorry the Toyota is gone but we have lots of other options. After about 4 hours we were pointed at a 2017 Nissan Titan XD Diesel when I asked about price was told "let me worry about your price" he assured us he understood why we were doing this and wanted to take care of us. After some back and forth we chose not to buy the car as sir would create a new payment for us. The sales manager Hunter came over and sweet talked us into the truck We agreed on a price and they agreed to pay us $20,000.00 back on top of the deal. Drive home and went to bed. The next morning on the way to church the garage smelled of diesel fuel but I ignored it and assumed it was a new smell in the garage. Monday morning I woke up early to warm up the truck to take my son to work and noticed a large puddle of bluish fluid on the ground. When I smelled it I could tell it was diesel fuel. I'm fact I looked under and saw a steady stream of diesel flowing from the truck. After calling the dealership I was told "it's a good thing you bought a warranty". We had the truck towed to a diesel mechanic here in west haven and were told it was a $1500 repair. He also told us that whoever owned this truck had trashed it and it was destroyed. Peter that night (Wednesday) I drove the truck back to the dealership begging them to take it back and give me my truck back, or allow me to buy something more reliable I was told that wasn't going to happen and everything was fixed and not to worry. Almost home and the check engine light comes on, and a low power warning I call and ask a friend to pull my truck home and into the garage. At this point the dealership has ghosted me. They owe me $20k and I have a broken $38,000 POS parked in my garage. And btw they own the warranty company and will not even let me start a claim until they clear it through Anthony Sowell (owner) of the dealerships. I live in California and was shopping for a Yukon. Most dealerships here are either taking advantage of the current vehicle shortage and hiking up the prices $10-12,000, or they don't have much inventory. Truck World was super easy to deal with, very responsive, and offered to split my travel expenses if I wanted to fly over and pick it up, or offered to set me up with their vehicle shipper so I could have it delivered directly to my house. I will definitely be looking here for my next vehicle before shopping locally. read more

Communication is not good. I inquired on a truck and filled out the credit application. The text me back and said they would get to work on it. Here it is Monday and never heard anything back. I decided to follow up and still have not heard anything back. I was working with Michael. I don't think an approval was the problem because I was just notified I was approved at another dealer who I inquired with this morning. These guys are straight up crooks. I attempted multiple times to legally return the vehicle under Utah state code 41-3-401 as the financing was not arranged and secured by the dealership, and sat with hunter sowell and Cody Rampton, who told me, "we can either finish this deal or we're going to need the vehicle back, but we're not doing the vehicle back thing." Then when the deal did not go the way Hunter and Cody wanted it to, someone at Truckworld took it upon themselves to illegally forge my signatures one of them being the "vehicle application for Utah title." And the other "reassignment of title" Documents to finance the vehicle through my bank without my knowledge, and I have a hand writing analysis from a court certified forensic hand writing specialist showing these signatures were forged. Worst customer service I've ever experienced after buying a truck from these guys. The minute I left the lot with a truck that had SEVERAL issues these guys stopped caring about any kind of customer service. I do not recommend buying here. I was told within 24 hours of purchasing a truck with a ridiculous amount of issues that the salesman apologized but it was "the first time I had ever even touched the vehicle" and that everything is sold as is. So don't expect these salesman to have any idea what's right or wrong with any vehicles they have. I genuinely wish I had never set foot on this property. BUYER BEWARE! I sent my husband to truck world because they seemed to have the type of truck he was in the market for. The salesmen were very anxious for our business. My husband went there on his lunch break. He was very happy with the truck he found, but nearly walked away because the salesman, Carson, was questioning my husband's ability to qualify for financing. My husband looks rough, but he is a hard worker with nearly perfect credit. Unfortunately, my husband did not walk away. He easily qualified for financing on the truck, and we picked it up when he got off work that night. Shortly after arriving home, my husband noticed that the truck was well past its service date and in bad need of an oil change. He changed the oil himself. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle, the display screen inside of the truck began to flicker whenever my husband pressed the brakes. When the screen flickers, it cuts out the radio, turns off the heat, and resets the clock. My husband immediately called Carson, the salesman from Truck World. Carson gave him the run around for many days before returning his call. When Carson finally returned my husband's call, he informed my husband that the techs would never have overlooked an oil change (although this is a complaint noted in other Yelp reviews). He refused to do anything regarding the electrical issues and told my husband to call the administrator for the additional warranty purchased from Truck World. After reviewing the warranty information, Carson did not sign my husband up for the "bumper-to-bumper" warranty that he was promoting. He signed him up for the "silver" package warranty, which will not cover the issues my husband is having. The electrical issues have been getting increasingly worse as we've attempted to find a solution. And, after all of this, my husband went out this morning to find that his gear shifter has become dislodged rendering the vehicle useless. If Truck World doesn't do something to either repair, replace, or refund the vehicle we will be bringing a lawsuit against the company, and I am going to continue to refute their business practices through further reviews and a report through the Better Business Bureau. read more

Giving this "outfit" one star, only because there is no option to give no stars (or better yet, NEGATIVE stars), We contacted this place via KSL website. They had a truck we liked, and the advertised price was 20K even. A (at first) nice salesman by the name Cody Sorenson came online and was happy to sell us this truck. He answered all questions we had, and then asked if we would be willing to give him 1K "deposit" to "hold" the vehicle. We agreed in order to show his management that we are serious buyers. We live about 6 hours away from this dealership, in another state, so all this was done over the phone. In couple of hours, salesman called, and emailed us a "purchase contract" that had $995 added to the selling price (for "rustproofing"), "doc fees" of $500, Utah registration fees (the vehicle would've never been registered in the state of Utah!), and the charge for "emissions testing" (on the diesel truck that has the emission controls "deleted"!). As we all know, "deleted" diesel trucks cannot pass emissions, and in our home state it doesn't matter, because we don't have emissions testing. The salesman refused to remove any of these additional charges at first, but after several calls, and many emails, he agreed to drop $995 for "rustproofing". At that point we were frustrated enough, that we wanted Utah registration, and emissions testing dropped as well. He refused. We decided not to proceed with the purchase. At that point, the salesman informed us that our $1000 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! We will deal with this through the legal channels available to us. Our advice to all potential buyers (providing they are not desperately in a need of a vehicle, have no money, and bad credit) .......DO NOT deal with these people! They are dishonest, Cody Sorensen is belligerent on the phone if he doesn't get his way, and judging by other reviews here, they sell JUNK that breaks down a day or two after you drive it off the lot. read more

I would never do business with this company again. Typical salesmen, they treat you great until they make the sale, after that they ignore you. You would expect when you buy a truck for $74,000, you'd at least pick up a clean vehicle. Maybe even a little air freshener to give it a little new truck smell. Well our truck was filthy inside and out. You'd think someone was out on a construction site with it. Worse than that, when my husband checked the engine ALL the fuilds were low. Besides being low, the oil looked like mud ! We went back and told them about it and the salesman, Josh said when we got home (we lived out of state) he'd pay for it's first oil change. Well the day of the oil change my husband let him know it was being done. First he said he'd only pay for the oil; not the filter or labor. That seemed petty, but whatever. So after my husband got home he tried to call Josh to tell him how much it was. Every time he calls, someone else answers the phone and says he with a customer and they'll have him call us right away. That's what they say every time my husband tries to get ahold of him and it's been many times. Today he even tried twice in one day. Still no return call. Josh says he's a man of his word, but so far I haven't seen that. Only salesman there that seemed straight up and honest is Troy, so if you must go there, ask for him. I cannot believe the ringer we were put through with this company. We went to trade in my husand's car for a truck and when signing the papers they told me it was financed through a certain credit union and I was satisfied because how he worded it, it was financed and a done deal. We had the truck not even a week and got a call we had to take it back because they couldn't get financing and we needed to take the car back. So we went back, and someone decided it would be a smart idea to throw away the license plate on my husband's car before they could determine if they could get the title for it. We got a half ass apology and we asked if we could get a temp tag or a dealer plate until we could go and get the new plates since we were told they would pay for the replacement plates. They said they couldn't do anything so we drove the car home without any plates. Shortly after the car got towed because there were no tags on the car, and when we tried to get it figured out with the dealership who STILL hasn't gone through with their promise of arranging for new plates and tags, they said they couldn't do anything. We had to come up with money to get the car out of impound, and it wouldn't have been impounded if the "brilliant" person at the dealership didn't throw away his license plate to begin with. My son a 20 year old Airman with a wife and baby went to trade his truck in on a diesel, he looked it over pretty well before signing paperwork, called me to ask me how the names on his current title were. While on the phone with him they then told him he needed a co signer. I agreed they were to overnight the paperwork to me. In the meantime the truck headlights were so dim my son did not find it safe to drive home and said he would just come back and get it and take his current truck home. They told him he couldn't do that bc it was now part of their inventory, as my son had signed papers already. He drove the truck home and later that night him and some other Airman throughly went thru the truck, in which they discovered alot of blow by. I had no idea what that meant, but basically means it needs a new motor. I advised him the next morning to take the truck back and let them know I would not be co signing for the loan. They refused to give him his truck back stating the loan was finalized, as it was NOT bc I had not signed nor received any paperwork. He told them I would not be signing it. They refused to give his truck back. This morning he went back to the dealership and advised he was taking his truck home and that the loan is not finalized. On his way to the dealership his wife followed in her car and it was covered in oil that was leaking from the truck. They deserve 0 stars. BUYERS BEWARE. Purchased used truck from Centerville location, and my mistake was not checking the oil before I left. I got home & checked - no oil on the dipstick. Went & had to get 6 quarts to get it to the correct level!! They told me they did the oil change, and so I called & FINALLY got ahold of someone with this concern about engine damage. They told me they'd write a check for the oil I purchased, and would get me an appt to check my vehicle for issues. Never heard anything. Never received anything. Called back two- three weeks later... the manager wouldn't talk to me, made his poor employee relay the message that they'll pay to have my oil changed at the location they use in Centerville, which is over 40 minutes away for me; and they won't let me bring my vehicle in. Then the employee informs me that since it's now past 30 days, there's nothing they can do to help me. Even though they were contacted IMMEDIATELY for help. Shady & unfair business practices, they talk out both sides of their mouths & they have salesmen that are too stereotypical of a bad 80's movie.
