Once I used my parking brake I realized it wasn't set properly so I called and asked if they could fix it for me, which they told me to bring it in. When I picked it up they said it was fixed in a not pleasant way(acting like it was my fault they set it wrong) fast forward to a few weeks later my truck started making a bad squeaking sound coming from my brakes. I decided to take it to another mechanic, where they told me a spring had popped out from my emergency brake and the cause is it not being set properly. It's disappointing that the first mistake was not fixed properly, which resulted in another problem and more Money being spent on something that didn't even need to be fixed to begin with. I won't be taking my vehicles there again.

It was my son in law's birthday and a week before my husband's big surgery so, we thought we'd get away and relax. The towing company took 6 hours to help us. We sat at the repair shop for close to 9 hours. The repair shop worked nonstop to help us feel they would take care of no matter what time they closed. They would not abandon us. They did fix our RV way past closing time and were extremely kind. We celebrated our son-in-birthday in their parking lot with gratitude because we felt confident they would fix our RV and we could continue our trip and not have to leave it and cancel all our plans. All the staff had such great attitudes and understanding our situation. We arrived at the campgrounds at 1:00 but!! That was okay because of the support of this amazing Automative company and their staff. I highly recommend them for such professional services and resonant attitude to my family.
