Problem was an intermittent electronic fault. Hard to find to say the least. They kept us informed every step of the way. Discussed options and were great to work with. Parts were needed and they had to come from St Louis. In the end they had us on the road and good to go. And when I got the bill, I was presently surprised that they were more than fair.

As well as doing a terrible job replacing my EGR. Which was not installed properly. I have continuously had to put up with a whistling from the EGR that was put on and the bellows is bent. Those are from other mechanics that have experienced these problems. I've called and been in communication with them. Trying to get back to their shop to take care of the matter. But unfortunately 1hour away from their shop on a Saturday when they close @ 12noon. He wouldn't offer to stay an hour or two over to take care of the matter. So at this point that let's me know that I am really not valued as a customer. So I have to go elsewhere to get the job done RIGHT. I feel they should foot the bill from another credible repair shop. Preferably Freightliner! That's my experience and story.

I finally get there on a lunch break to look at/drive car, only to be told by the same salesman, it's heavily modified, you aren't going to drive this, it's to fast you can't handle it. I called L & C, and the man who answered said that he'll take care of me first thing in the morning. I got a tow to them. And, first thing in the morning, they took care of me. I was allowed into the shop to watch the tech hoist my car and make a diagnosis. My cats roaming around the car didn't like it, but I sure as sugar cookies did (because I'm more curious). I needed a whole new drive shaft, and the tech hunted for one while I waited in the lobby. I agreed to letting them order a used part, and I agreed to let them repair one other issue they identified. They let me leave my car with them for the week, because I still had a deadline to get to my business destination. I picked it up five days later with no issue. It's been over a year since the repair. My car has run just fine ever since. Verdict: These guys care about taking care of people. Thank you.
