Anyone that has had vehicle issues while traveling understands how stressful that can be - especially when you are out of town and dependent on a service center you have no relationship with. It was about 10 am when we "randomly" found Effingham Auto on a Saturday morning. They closed at noon. Explaining my situation, they immediately took it in, performed the diagnosis and determined a couple sensors needed replacement. The gentleman explained how the sensors impacted the vehicle's system and said the codes were cleared and that I could chance to see if they came back on or they would be able to get the parts and complete in about an hour. We were back on the road by noon with the issues resolved and I felt was at a fair price. I am so appreciative of Effingham Auto and their service.
