This wonderful facility, provides robes and water for summer time and sauna time. All inclusive memberships high-end is $75 includes a free lotion on Fridays, four spray tans a month, unlimited use of beds, and sauna Madison and Mariah are my favorite staff members. They always greet you with a smile lots of educational information and they don't mind answering questions surprisingly. I guess I'm not used to good customer service after the pandemic. After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Now the store isn't answering my calls. If the issue is resolved, I will update my review to reflect that.

My skin is not meant for these types of things. Anyways, I told the manager and they were so kind, they gave me my money back for the membership, the $25 initial fee and all my money back for the products. It was great customer service. One thing to mention: I think there should be a little more training for people with sensitive skin. I did tell the girl I needed a hypoallergenic line but the one she sold me definitely was not and had a ton of fragrance and ingredients that were not hypoallergenic. I should have paid closer attention to this upon buying so I'll definitely take some responsibility there. But I found out they do have a hypoallergenic line.. i know this because when i went to cancel my membership one of the associates showed me a line that was more natural. I'm not sure why they didn't show me this line to begin with, but I assume it's because they wanted a higher commission with selling me the more expensive line. (I worked retail for years so I can understand the hustle). Anyways, the prices were pretty good and the girls are nice. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a good tan.
