I went with Cindy because of a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with…read morethe service. First off, we were required to pay in full before the event. Most contractors allow you to pay after the service is complete. Second, there were only 3 types of balloons that were made for the kids (flowers, swords, dogs). It was a robot themed party. Some of the kids wanted Octopuses made and for some reason got the same run of the mill sword. There was no variety and most of them kept popping. Lastly, Cindy left without notifying us she was even done. No idea how long she ended up staying, but some of the guests said that she didn't even stay the entire hour. Felt like she did the absolute minimum since she already got paid. Definitely, not worth the price of $125/hour. 1-star because she showed up on time, 2nd- star is for the balloon table top she made for our son.

The thing I like about her is she communicates very well and she thinks outside of the box. I can tell with the way she responded to my messages that she cares about my expectations and at the same time my budget. She gives important updates about the task and she responds promptly when asked. Among all the party planners I asked, she has the most detailed plan and lowest price quote. She made sure that we understand each other and that shows her interest to gain my trust and business. I am not creative nor artistic so I sometimes had to ask her opinions. She was on time on the day of the event and finished as planned. She had to bring in the backdrop using a dolly and it looked a little heavy and yet she was still smiling all the while. I am glad that I got to meet her and entrusted her with my party decoration needs. She deserves to have a 5 star review for her attitude, positivity and customer service. Thanks Nicole!
