Most contractors allow you to pay after the service is complete. Second, there were only 3 types of balloons that were made for the kids (flowers, swords, dogs). It was a robot themed party. Some of the kids wanted Octopuses made and for some reason got the same run of the mill sword. There was no variety and most of them kept popping. Lastly, Cindy left without notifying us she was even done. No idea how long she ended up staying, but some of the guests said that she didn't even stay the entire hour. Felt like she did the absolute minimum since she already got paid. Definitely, not worth the price of $125/hour. 1-star because she showed up on time, 2nd- star is for the balloon table top she made for our son.
