Decided to schedule our daughter's first birthday here. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule due to inclement weather. We rescheduled 2 weeks out. Due to being here with family temporarily and the military, we ended up having to go back to our home in another state earlier than expected. We were told this wasn't a good enough reason to cancel and weren't allowed to, but could reschedule. And as stated, we are in another state and aren't able to reschedule. We were more than accommodating when we had already showed up the day of our scheduled tour, and I feel as if Character Connection Co. was the exact opposite for us and only care about getting their money. They failed to send a final confirmation the Wednesday before the event, and when asked about it, they blamed it on "technical difficulties". Great venue, bad ownership.
