Firstly, I made an appointment on the phone for getting my brows and lip threaded. The lady did not mention to me that the business had moved locations from what it's listed at online. Then I get to the suite to find a handwritten sign that says "oh we've moved down the way". Okay fine, I'll go find it, it's whatever. But then I'm looking everywhere for it and they can't even give proper directions to new customers to get to their ship, so I'm walking into different salons looking like a dummy because they don't know where they're own store is located. ADDITIONALLY, they've changed the name of their salon and don't inform customers of this either. I was told it was $20 for lip AND brow. I get in there and she starts threading my brows, makes me sit on my tailbone in a dirty hair cutting chair almost falling off, hair everywhere on the ground. She's pulling out hairs from my left brow while she goes to town on my right... only to spend the next 5 minute plucking god knows what because I check them out and they don't look different than when I came in. THEN SHE CHARGES ME $15 FOR JUST THE BROWS. Literally livid at this point. Do not go here. read more

I am so glad I didn't read the reviews before coming here. Kids Cool Cuts had a 2 hour wait so I decided to try here instead. I am so glad I did! First of all, when you hear an Iranian accent it's a sign that they don't take beauty lightly and your eyebrows are going to look amazing. My 12 year olds hair is thick and Monica took the time and didn't rush through cutting and styling it. My 5 year old has fine curly hair , which she recently cut herself) and Nam carefully evened it out. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows in 8 months since I had my baby and I was leery after getting them threaded to thin or unevenly, but Molly whittled down to my natural shape perfectly. They have no customer service and they're rude. I told the girl who did my hair to trim...TRIM my split ends...what does she do?? Cut off 4 inches...she couldn't even layer my hair..it was all choppy!! and what's worse is that all the women here seem so moody and miserable...like the mood is negative and they act like you owe them something if you are not happy with their "work". I went in for a simple root touch up, my hair was a blonde. I have naturally red hair I am gradually getting rid of. I told Ester to goal was to get LIIGHTER. She fucking put RED in my roots?! My hair is no joke ombré now. I sent 45 dollars, I didn't get the color that matches my hair, she wanted 15$ to BLOW DRY my hair, not even a style. No trim. I told Ester when she put the color on that it was too dark and they insisted it will lighten. I am so upset, and then she tried to prusade me to get high lights? Like that was going to fix it. I called to complain and the older lady and her sister told me it was my fault that my hair is too hard to match?! I want my money back. There was no ventilation that place was hot and they messed my hair up. I really wish that I liked this place more it's right down the street from my house and I wanted to find a stylist I liked. ester was nice and all but she is unprofessional and should have been honest with me if she didn't think that she could give me the look I wanted. you know it's a bad experience when your hair is still processing and you want to fucking leave. UPDATE I went in to get my refund and they kept trying to get me in the chair. I said I didn't want her to touch my fuckkng hair so she literally started to PUSH me out the door. I would give 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst haircut I've ever received. I was the only one in the salon, yet it took over an hour. I wanted simple bangs that were wispy and I even showed them a photo. But they didn't go by the photo at all. They were short, uneven and a whole mess. All she did was cut a chunk of my hair and then mess it up for an hour. Whoever did them needed help from her manager for whatever reason and the two of them argued about it for a good 20 minutes and made it worse. I wish there were zero or negative stars because this is what I'd give. Took my FIVE year old daughter there for what was supposed to be a $12 haircut. Had her hair cut to her shoulders. After the cut the hairdresser (I think owner?) asked if I wanted it dried. Yes of course. No mention of the added $10 cost. When I questioned the $22 bill she said "it took me 30 minutes to blow dry her hair", I looked at the clock and said, "We've only been here 20 minutes". If I could give 0 stars I would. I stopped by because they had a sidewalk sign for mani/pedis. So I went. Told them I needed a pedi and a fill. They had maybe 15 gel colors to pick from and the same for regular polish. I wasn't happy but they had already started on my toes and I didn't want to be rude. I chose a color and then was told if I wanted gel polish on my toes it was an additional $15. Whattt! I understand that there's an up charge for gel on your toes typically, I pay it every 2 weeks, but $15! Outrageous, especially when you have no colors to choose from!! So I opted for regular polish. Tried to find one to match my nail color I had chosen. I even matched the two bottles together next to each other. They even helped me find the right one to match! And then when my toes are drying they say, "sorry, we can't do your fill, we only do it on natural nails".....are you kidding me. Do you not know what fill means? Now I have to go somewhere else and hope they have a color that matches my ugly toe color. Do not go here unless you want to ruin your nail going experience. I enjoy getting my nails done, it's relaxing. But not here. It was a nightmare. The worst part I might add is when another customer came in when I was finishing up and the lady that did my toes took the tools she used on me and used the exact same ones on her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
