I couldn't be happier with the service i have received at A storage inn…read more I reserved my unit online late at night. First thing next morning I got the confirmation call from Jeff, the manager. I told him I would be in the next day. I didn't make it but went in on a Saturday shortly before they closed. Jeff didn't at all seem bothered at my late arrival. We discussed the prices and they had gone up a little vs the online price, without question he honored the price and we went to look at the unit. It was POURING rain and he grabbed an umbrella, made sure myself and my 1 year old daughter were dry while he got soaked. Getting my unit all ready to go for me to move in and the paperwork, he offered to hold my daughter for me, she went right to him. (He isn't creepy lol, he has kids and was offering to help me out and was very kind) so I filled out the paperwork. He went over insurance with me and did not pressure me at all! I did opt for the cheaper plan because we didn't have a big unit. I am very happy about where we chose to store our stuff for a short time here with A storage Inn. I can't recommend them any more! Diane in the front office couldn't have been more kind. She took me on a tour of the facility to see where my locker was going to be. She got me all setup with a free lock to use as well. She made sure there wasn't any questions I had with the paperwork. When I needed to change locker size due to needing to store more stuff, Diane was there to make the transition painless. She showed me where my new locker was going to be and made sure there were no questions left unanswered. The extra mile she went was much appreciated. The Facility is clean and well maintained. Plenty of moving supply options. The ability to rent their moving truck is a huge bonus. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a place to store their stuff.
