Lantz Law Group helped my firm both with contracting (the result of which was on point) and by pointing me in the right direction on other matters. My experience is they add value with whoever they interact with. Great team culture, too.

Robert Lantz was unfocused and lacked a coherent legal strategy to address my situation…read more I hired Robert Lantz expecting a lawyer who would assess the situation, develop a clear legal strategy, and then execute it. That never happened. There was no coherent plan. The work meandered, time was spent on tangents and circular analysis, and the effort did not align with what I hired him to do. Despite repeated attempts to redirect and refocus the work, there was still no strategy and no meaningful progress. Billing accumulated quickly, yet there was no clear explanation of how the work advanced my objectives. It felt like an activity for the sake of billing rather than purposeful legal representation. When I raised concerns and was ready to end the engagement, I was told a letter would be done "for free." That letter was not only not free in practice, but it also left me in a worse position than when I started. I paid a substantial retainer and ultimately received no strategic value. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

My first conversation with them was impressive. Unfortunately Baker Law did not do what they said…read morethey would. There was continuous change in attorneys, I was charged for the review of my case each time. There was little to no communication. I never knew what was happening with my case.failure to assert proper claims and asserted incorrect claims, they did not protect my interest in the case. They continually invoiced me for who knows what.I have made several request for for Baker to communicate with the opposing side, they did not . My case probably would have been settled already. Now I need to get a new attorney so they can clean up this mess of a case.

This law firm has raised a lot of concerns for us. I was already opposed to hiring Baker law after…read moreRobert Harper asked for a review on google after a brief consultation. That was a red flag for me but my husband thought we should consider them. Then my first phone call with Robert regarding some questions also ended with "give me a review on google". I thought to myself a competent lawyer doesn't desperately need reviews from brand new clients. Despite that huge red flags we moved forward and along the way they didnt return calls for days, it appeared as if they dont write notes or keep track of important data, we had to repeat ourselves countless times and be charged every time we have to repeat ourselves. Mediation was an absolute disaster so much the opposing counsel noted what an incompetent team we had. Robert was late, unprepared, didn't know the facts for our case although we manage to get plenty charges for them reviewing our case. It did not appear so! Mediation had to be rescheduled. WORST OF ALL.. THEY NEGLECT THEIR WORK! THEY CHARGE FOR WORK THEY DO NOT DO!! IF WE WOULD NOT HAVE HIRED BETTER ATTORNEYS WE WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT DOCUMENTS THEY FAILED TO REAPOND TOO AND MISSED DEADLINES!! BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT!

For me there was so much uncertainty surrounding my work life due to the pandemic, it spiraled me into a bad place of panic and anxiety. Enter Megan and fruition coaching. After our first chat she taught me a powerful tri-ad that truly works in any situation (personal and professional). I was focusing on the "what ifs" of life which I didn't have the answers to. Megan coached me into focusing on "what's good" and it changed everything. I've always believed we're all lifelong learners and I'm constantly working to change the way my brain asks itself questions to focus on what's good. Megan helped my anxiety disappear by teaching me the tools I needed. I'm forever grateful for her coaching as it shifts the way I've been thinking to see a situation with a fresh perspective. Her program is tailored to who you are individually to propel you to your best self so you can live your most rewarding life. It's worth every penny spent as you'll start to see a shift in yourself and the way you look at the world and that is invaluable. THANK YOU Megan!
