One of those weeks he indicted his daughter was in college, so he needed more time to return the money. Eventually, he got annoyed that I continued to ask about the payment. He referred to his (paying client) as a "crab in the barrel" and told me to stop the "hissy fits". He kept promising the refund until November, and at that time he just stopped responding. If you too have experienced Issa's poor work ethics and unprofessionalism, I recommend filling a complaint with the "Colorado Attorney Regulation Counsel".
