She is set up for multiple animals and they get lots of loving care, and some even have their own rooms. She is up and out visiting clients on her rounds as early as 5 AM, is an expert at giving pet meds, and will care for birds, rabbits, chickens, water the yard, and can be totally trusted to ensure your home stays secure. It's owner, Carol, is SO responsive and kind. Right off the bat she let me know that there was a wait list and we would be placed on it. Lucky for us, they had someone who was moving out of state about 6 weeks after we were placed on it. I got impatient and took my dog to Stella Ruffingtons in the meantime. They treated her great there, but she didn't really like it. There were a lot of dogs there which was a bit overwhelming. At WS Doghouse, they slowly introduced her into the pack. She met each dog individually and they were really patient with my dog. My dog gets nervous and freaks out at times, but Carol could tell she wasn't aggressive, just nervous! I love that about Carol! She's a true expert! The service you are provided here is INCREDIBLE! Luna LOVES going there. We are more than happy to be a part of the pack. The classes were invaluable for both my dog and myself. She learned bite inhibition & the proper way to play with other puppies. I learned basic training techniques and got introduced to several other puppy owners who I still regularly schedule play dates with. They caught him in the act, rushed him to the vet, brought a sample to make sure it wasn't anything harmful, and all at their expense. He was totally fine, and I can't express how grateful I was that they took it so seriously and were swift with their response. When I say total peace of mind, I mean it. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.
