They changes out the tires and put the old ones in my trunk. Replaced the shocks, and did not replace the lift gate arms. At least this time they did not lose my registration like the last time. This place needs to be closed.

I was actually referred to this shop by the guys at the Sindelfingen ATO who said "hells no" to working on my truck - US spec and all. The friendly owners speak English and they take VAT forms. Chrysler paid for the service, which is required in order to keep the lifetime powertrain warranty active. The thing that amazes me every time is the hospitality of the staff at this dealership. We had another emergency when the car had to be towed in. They again took care of our needs even though it was late and about to close for the night. The vehicle repairs usually are done faster than in the estimated timeframes. I would easily trust the staff here with my vehicle's needs again. By the way, the owner is very friendly too. I commend the crew for their patience while working with Chrysler on reimbursements for their work. Here in Germany, the dealers' systems do not communicate using a central network. (They're separate, regional networks.) So Chrysler in Italy had to coordinate with this dealer in order to update the VIN with the correct maintenance/warranty data. I applaud the efforts and helpfulness of this team. =)

PERIOD. The staff speaks English well. They're extremely friendly, very trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If I have a problem with my car or it's time for routine service, I take it there early in the morning and leave it in their hands 100% without reservation. They've down EVERY maintenance on my 2004 XC70 since we got it. They have replaced a side mirror (oops!), changed bulbs, replaced breaks, and repairs several simple things that have come up (e.g. broken key or cover for the truck). I've even bought winter kits there and my ski case for the top, and they expertly installed that and took the time to show me the proper position and balancing. FIRST RATE. I absolutely do not think twice about my car and its maintenance. This place gets it right first time, every time.
