(This business is family-owned) We got our manufacturer's warranty inspection done here for free. Chrysler paid for the service, which is required in order to keep the lifetime powertrain warranty active. The thing that amazes me every time is the hospitality of the staff at this dealership. We had another emergency when the car had to be towed in. They again took care of our needs even though it was late and about to close for the night. The vehicle repairs usually are done faster than in the estimated timeframes. I would easily trust the staff here with my vehicle's needs again. By the way, the owner is very friendly too. I commend the crew for their patience while working with Chrysler on reimbursements for their work. Here in Germany, the dealers' systems do not communicate using a central network. (They're separate, regional networks.) So Chrysler in Italy had to coordinate with this dealer in order to update the VIN with the correct maintenance/warranty data. I applaud the efforts and helpfulness of this team. =) read more

I am a very satisfied new customer, The Car Dealer with Service point with their whole staff made a very professional and inviting impression to me. I had a issue with my still relatively new gear at my Jeep Compass and they supported me from start on. Mr. Fritz as workshop manager is very competent and helpful. Mazda USA notified me of an airbag recall on my CX9. I contacted Autohaus Stöffler about the repair…read moreand they put me in contact with Gregory - their English speaking mechanic. I can't speak highly enough of Gregory; he was courteous, professional, and explained all the steps the dealership would take to make the repairs. I also asked Gregory to inspect and service my car. He explained that Germans service their vehicles at different intervals than in the US, but after some research he found the right inspection to take care of what I needed. While doing the inspection, he found an issue with my brakes (Which I verified), and then he located and retrieved the US spec replacement parts, which were located in another city. All this was done within 6 hours! Highest marks for Gregory!! Thanks for the help- I'll definitely be back for all my maintenance needs!! PS - they accept VAT forms
