I can't speak highly enough of Gregory; he was courteous, professional, and explained all the steps the dealership would take to make the repairs. I also asked Gregory to inspect and service my car. He explained that Germans service their vehicles at different intervals than in the US, but after some research he found the right inspection to take care of what I needed. While doing the inspection, he found an issue with my brakes (Which I verified), and then he located and retrieved the US spec replacement parts, which were located in another city. All this was done within 6 hours! Highest marks for Gregory!! Thanks for the help- I'll definitely be back for all my maintenance needs!! PS - they accept VAT forms

I can't say enough good things about Glanzzeit Autoaufbereitung and Öztürk! From start to finish,…read morethe experience was seamless and professional. I brought my car in with a noticeable rust spot and paint damage on my Nissan Versa from wear and tear. Öztürk was incredibly easy to work with; he listened to my concerns, explained the process clearly, and delivered on everything he promised. Not only did he remove all the rust spots and repaint the car flawlessly, but he also went above and beyond by addressing a couple of smaller rust spots on the back of my car I just noticed same day when dropping off my car at no extra charge. While my car was in the shop, I decided to add an interior and exterior detailing service, and it was the best decision I could have made. The detailing was amazing! My car looked spotless inside and out, with the exterior polished to perfection and the interior feeling fresh and brand new. If you're looking for a trustworthy, high-quality auto detailing shop, Glanzzeit Autoaufbereitung is it. Öztürk did what needed to be done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My baby is looking good and ready to hit the streets of Southern Germany.

The employees were very friendly and helpful and even gave me water and snacks for "the journey". They gave recommendations on where to eat and where to go and it was just a great time. They have various new models on display and this is the start point for the factory tour (they take away your phones and cameras for the tour and have you go on a bus to the factory).
