They do substandard work and have zero quality control or management…read more Gave them three simple tasks to perform whilst out of town; tire change (dispose of old tires), replace rear shocks, and replace rear lift gate arms. They changes out the tires and put the old ones in my trunk. Replaced the shocks, and did not replace the lift gate arms. At least this time they did not lose my registration like the last time. This place needs to be closed.

(Information that could've been useful before they did the work. but ok). Anyways, driving home on the autobahn after the work was completed and I hear something rubbing underneath the car. They'd forgot to screw the transmission shield back in place and it eventually fell off. Went back to ask them what happened, they say, "Oops, we forgot". ok, no biggie I thought... later on, getting the front alignment done at another shop in the German economy, they tell me the front right shock hadn't even been secured in place and was loose on the wheel. Long story short, do not under any circumstances go to this place to have your car fixed; they will jack it up. If you're worried about the language barrier, there are plenty of German mechanics who speak good English and who will do honest work for you. BLUF: horrendous place; don't bother.

PERIOD. The staff speaks English well. They're extremely friendly, very trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If I have a problem with my car or it's time for routine service, I take it there early in the morning and leave it in their hands 100% without reservation. They've down EVERY maintenance on my 2004 XC70 since we got it. They have replaced a side mirror (oops!), changed bulbs, replaced breaks, and repairs several simple things that have come up (e.g. broken key or cover for the truck). I've even bought winter kits there and my ski case for the top, and they expertly installed that and took the time to show me the proper position and balancing. FIRST RATE. I absolutely do not think twice about my car and its maintenance. This place gets it right first time, every time.

This place is amazing if you're a car nut and a Mercedes-Benz junkie…read more I did European Delivery and picked up my car here and it was a great experience. The employees were very friendly and helpful and even gave me water and snacks for "the journey". They gave recommendations on where to eat and where to go and it was just a great time. If you're a car junkie, there is a store that has almost everything in the Mercedes-Benz catalog for purchase. They have various new models on display and this is the start point for the factory tour (they take away your phones and cameras for the tour and have you go on a bus to the factory). The restaurant in here is also great. It serves traditional German cuisine in a modern fashion. I really enjoyed my meal at the restaurant. While you're waiting for your car to be brought out, the lounge upstairs also has a variety of refreshments and hor d'oeuvres. I'll definitely be back soon :)
