I asked if their calls were recorded; she said yes. So I told her to go listen to the call where she sold me the package -- January 8th, 2025 between 5-6 PM. She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. I decided to do my underarms because I had to shave my underarms every. single day. I also decided to do Brazilian because I prefer being hairless in that area. I am currently on my 6th laser hair removal session for my underarms and the 5th for my Brazilian. I am sooo happy with my results so far. Currently I have no more growth of coarse black hair at all and only patchy thin hair. I don't have to shave until I go to my next appointment. It takes about 8-12 sessions that you do every 4-6 weeks. Is there pain? The underarms are very tolerable, I almost don't pay attention to it even at the highest setting. However, the Brazilian, oh man, you can get sweaty from the session and sometimes you have to ask them to give you a break buuuut I will take the few seconds of pain for not shaving and would still recommend laser to everyone even in this sensitive area. Dr. Martin spent less than five minutes with me, and I felt like I was scrambling to ask important medical questions before being ushered out. I left without getting the clarity or guidance I was hoping for. The office is absolutely beautiful and clearly designed well, but great decor does not replace professionalism, communication, or patient care. For a practice that markets itself around personalized attention, I did not feel prioritized at all. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and disappointing, especially given the expectations set by the brand and pricing.

Although he didn't spend a long time with us during our joint appointment, Dr. Javier Alonso was very observant and he inspected the various patches of skin issues we had and asked us relevant questions. Thereafter, he prescribed each of us various cleansers, creams and ointments as well as pills for my son. Some of the skin care products were available for purchase at his office. Other products were ordered from a Palm Beach-based pharmacy that offers free delivery. We also learned that his office has estheticians, Claudie and Colette who offer medical facials and laser hair removal etc. On previous occasions, when we went to see other dermatologists, we were underwhelmed. After filing out rather lengthy and extremely detailed forms on iPads that asked numerous questions about our skin and medical issues, those other dermatologists merely gave us basic advice like to use hot compresses on abscesses or to buy CeraVe and other over the counter creams and pills we had already been using prior to to going to see them. We were impressed at how thorough our office visit with Dr. Alonso was and at his long customized typed up lists of recommendations and instructions on how to treat our various skin conditions. Dr. Alonso told us to review to see him in 2 months. If needed, I will update this review after we have had sufficient time to follow the lists of recommendations and instructions and do the various treatments for our various skin issues. His staff, including Paulette and Emily were friendly and helpful.

Regarding the weight loss medication, Dr. Parandis did not provide detailed consultation about dosing instructions or syringe administration. There were also significant delays in medication delivery, which disrupted continuity of care--causing my weight to yo-yo. Rather than taking accountability, the owner blamed me for my eating habits. Fortunately, he offered me a refund for my remaining credit, but it has been 7 months and I still have not received it. Separately, I underwent facial treatments that resulted in significant facial swelling and visible scarring. The swelling persisted for several weeks. I was not advised beforehand that this degree of swelling or potential scarring could occur. If I had been informed of these risks, I would not have proceeded with the treatment. My primary concern is the lack of clear communication regarding risks, recovery expectations, and follow-through. I believe patients should receive detailed counseling about potential outcomes before undergoing medical or cosmetic procedures.

SCAM ALERT! Would not recommend for a few different reasons…read more.. 1. Purchased Groupon (probably my first mistake). The Groupon fine print is wrong. They give 3 options (to purchase 20, 40, or 60 units) of Botox, however there was only one "clickable" option to purchase the 20 units. I assumed (incorrectly) that they would have honored the pricing of the 40 & 60 units since the description in the Groupon gave that option. 2. The Groupon was wrong (again). The "list price" for the 20 units was "$240". When I inquired about buying an additional 20 units they quoted me "$250". When I asked about the discrepancy, they again declined to honor the listed pricing. 3 The sales person who sees you prior to the injector explained the areas available to be treated. (for an additional cost) I told her I "just wanted the Groupon for my forehead." Afterward, she redeemed the Groupon and charged me $260 "for an extra area". She explained that the forehead was "2 areas". I understand a salesperson wanting to make a sale, but this is fraud. I explicitly stated the opposite of what they did. I paid the $260 and left. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because the receptionist and injector were kind.
