It's insane especially since I was asking to reschedule not to cancel and it's a fill. Save you time and money. These people are robotic, and I'm sure they've had to reschedule an appointment in their lifetime and never had to pay double to do so.

The pedicure station is uncomfortable and poorly done. the owner walked in and began making her lunch, rather than making any regard toward me, despite being the only client at the time. The full set I received was chunky, uneven, and clearly done by someone starting out. Which is fine, but don't charge an absurd amount for something I could've done better myself. The prices were not clear, as I ended up paying $140 (including a small tip), for their basic pedicure, and a chunky full set. I immediately went home, reshaped, filed, and re-painted my own nails.
