This is supposed to be the Thai Chicken wrap

Soooo this is the 3rd or 4th time trying this tropical smoothie and it's been absolutely rancid. I'm sorry the staff seems sweet. But my gosh the food is awful.

Ordered a three cheese quesadilla and got the Santa Fe... whatever that's fine but the first slice I picked up was this. Kinda super disappointing since I paid $8 for whatever this is

24 oz. Peanut Paradise Smoothie

Was on our way to South Carolina and had plans to stop by at a nearby bakery (which was closed). Super bummed but still wanted to grab something so I mentioned to my boyfriend a tropical smoothie we passed that was close by. So happy I did! I got a peanut paradise smoothie that was to die for.. sooooo delicious and filling. We also grabbed a Buffalo chicken wrap and a quesadilla to share. The food was really affordable and it came out quick. They even have an app that makes it super easy to order and pickup. FYI They are currently doing curbside due to the covid-19 pandemic. This place is perfect for a quick bite and a smoothie to take you through your day.

This was $30 soggy, rubbery, and over all terribly prepared food.

The Half is in a very old building repurposed into this amazing little sandwich shop. It's always great to see business leaders doing this. There's street parking and paid parking nearby. Be careful where you park as there are other businesses in the area with small signs posted (funeral home next door). Walking in you'll see the main counter and register with tables and bar area on both sides as you approach the register. We were greeted as we picked up the menus. After a few minutes we ordered our sandwiches and requested cups for water. They have a self serve water machine toward the back of the restaurant before you reach the restroom. Once you order they provide you with a small number card for your table. After a short wait our chips and sandwiches were brought to us. The sandwiches are wrapped in brown paper which we thought was great. The sandwiches are fairly big with a lot of ingredients. I ordered The Tucker. Turkey with a variety of vegetables. The grilled bread was tasty and accented the turkey, lettuce, and various other vegetables with a nice red sauce. While enjoying our meal there was a steady flow of customers for dine in and to go. For good reason. The food was great and the restaurant itself was nice and comfortable. Wife and son definitely enjoyed their sandwiches as well. Highly recommend trying The Half. We will definitely return to enjoy another incredible sandwich here.

The soup was excellent--warm, hearty and packed with greens, pasta and meatballs. Exactly the kind of comfort-food bowl you want when it's gray and raining outside. I paired it with a sandwich, which was a great complement to the soup, but I have to give some love to the homemade chips too. Crispy, well seasoned and much better than throwing a bag of chips on the side and calling it a day. Overall, this was one of those simple meals that just works: good sandwich, great soup, homemade chips and perfect timing with the Wilmington weather. Sometimes you don't need fancy. You just need the right food on the right day. Kitchen Sink delivered.

This place is super cute and cozy, you order at the register and they bring you your food. We went on a weekend and there was ample seating. The food is FRESH! Everything tasted so yummy. They have a nice variety of sandwiches - cold, warm, spicy. I personally had the BAD chicken biscuits which was the best of all worlds. Spicy hot chicken and fresh flaky biscuits. Their fries are also great. Regular alone are delicious but the Parmesan fries take them up a level. I think chips are the standard side but you can do a premium side for an upcharge. Staff was very friendly and overall this is a very solid place. They also have specials so be sure to check those out too!

I recommended this place based on my Yelp research and convinced my husband to give it a try. The place was packed but a kind college student gave us his seat and offered to stand at his friends' table. Lots of football on the TV which we loved. Husband said his old fashion was more straight whiskey with a cherry so he watered it down. My ginger ale was good. I ordered the pretzel bites which come with a delicious honey mustard dip and a cheese dip. It was very satisfying and a large portion. I also got the curly fries which were yummy and a good portion size too. Husband enjoyed his fills sandwich and pasta salad. Prices are super reasonable especially given the portion size. Staff is friendly and competent. Unisex Bathroom is clean. Even though it was packed. It was not too loud and easy to have a conversation. Come here for some good food and strong drinks!

Such a unique and different menu we started out with the Big Wes Lil' Weiners which was 4 smoked Jalapeno and cheddar sausages wrapped in an empanada crust served with an arugula chimmichuri dipping sauce. So innovative and delicious, sauce had a bite to it and the sausages were juicy and crispy with the empanada crust, highly recommend. I wanted to house made roast beef only available on the weekends but it was sold out, no surprise. Opted for the Ghostface Fillah instead. Shaved ribeye, arugula, horseradish on delicious sourdough bread. Perfect amount of ribeye and the all of the components worked perfectly. Saw quite a few people getting the burger as well, people rave about it. We also got an order of the garlic parm curly fries which couldn't have been much better, place just has such a fun menu putting their twist on American staples, perfect spot to grab a bite and watch a game. Our server had food recommendations, limited seating inside but just the right amount, worth any kind of wait you might encounter.

We all participate in the AAdvantage Dining program and decided to choose a restaurant where we could earn some extra miles. I already love Commodore Public House, so it was an easy choice! We went on a Wednesday, which happens to be half-price wine night! Both bottles and individual glasses are half off, which was perfect because we could each order whatever wine we wanted. I ordered my favorite birria French dip sandwich, which is always delicious. One friend ordered the pickles and a side of sweet potato fries, which was an incredibly generous portion. Another friend ordered the Cajun garlic wings with a side of fries. Now, those wings were the surprise of the evening! I tried one and was blown away by how good it was. Perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and not spicy at all, which is a huge plus for someone like me who is a complete wimp when it comes to spicy food! They were so delicious that I'm absolutely ordering them the next time I visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the owner even stopped by our table to check on us, which was a really nice touch. Between the delicious food, wonderful service, and half-price wine, it was a fantastic evening catching up with friends. Commodore Public House continues to be one of my favorites, and now I have a new menu item to look forward to ordering next time!
