We had a server named Alexis this time, and he was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely great with people. He made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for families, but still great for anyone looking to enjoy a good meal. There's truly something on the menu for everyone, whether you're picky or adventurous. You can tell they really care about both the food and the overall experience. Definitely one of my favorite spots, and I'll keep coming back every time I'm in town!

Last week , our son wanted a footlong sub from there, on his birthday, so I ordered three footlong subs that my husband would pick up on his way home from work. Chicken Ranch BLT add pickles BLT extra veggies Tamiami Turkey no bacon The girl repeated the order to me over the phone, so I KNOW she had put down what I ordered. My husband called me on his way home and said the kid handed him a bag and said he was good. My husband trusted that person, and said "Wow, 3 subs for $59.89???" (Sub total $47.16, plus tax , and $9.43 tip.) I pulled out the subs when he got home. There were 4. I ordered 3. The BLT and Chicken Ranch BLT were the only things even CLOSE to being right, but just a sprinkling of lettuce on the BLT, and no added pickles to the Chicken Ranch BLT, and really, really MESSY subs. They're usually really nice looking, t.v. commercial -grade. The Tamiami Turkey wasn't made at all. AND they made an Italian and a Ham Turkey Club that I didn't order. I called to rectify the situation, but they closed early. I left a message stating my disappointment, then left my name and number and asked for a return call. I didn't receive one. That was 6 days ago. I suppose they won't be seeing us in the future. That's too bad. We thought we had found something good, but once the owners, themselves didn't want to follow through, we decided to stop patronizing them.

My husband got the Monday special of all you can eat fish and chips. Our waiter underestimated him and didn't think he would be able to get a second helping. I spoke with Kayla a few weeks ago, discussed what I wanted to do, followed up with her this last Wednesday, finalized the order and they were able to set up some tables for the ten of us, and another table for our food. All of the food was excellent, we ordered the pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, street corn, green beans, mac & cheese, and the beans, everything was ready for us, everything was hot and tasty! First time we ordered a margherita pizza. We liked it. It had good flavors and was cooked well. Sadly, the dine in experience wasn't great. It's just paper plates and plasticwear with your meal, which is okay, but no high chair for the baby and if they did have AC, it wasn't enough to cool the seating area. It felt like 80F or hotter in there. We were happy to have tried it, it filled us up, but I don't think we will come back for the pepperoni pizza again. I think we might still prefer other pizza restaurants where you can sit down and really enjoy the meal, with cold water and wait staff.

BUT here's why I'm still giving them love...they handled it SO well. They let me keep the wrong pizza, brought out the correct one, AND gave us free cake. Like okayyy customer service And both pizzas were actually really good, (hubby's correct pizza and my correct one) so honestly I wasn't even mad anymore Overall, really good food, great service, and they made it right when something went wrong. I'd definitely come back! 10/10 would eat my feelings here again
