Foods good. Service is slow. They recently started asking for tips at the drive thru and that's weird to me.

Stay away from this place if it is after 8 pm. After 8 pm, they don't give a damn! Trust me, I have been burned by them several times. The service during the day is drastically different than evening service...day and night, hot and COLD, as in your food will be COLD. I wish I could leave zero stars! My smoothie was terrible and the customer service is even worse. I will never return to this location. The manager has a very poor attitude. With zero customers in store or in lobby she rushed off letting the drive thru window slam in my face. I've been enjoying tropical smoothie for over a decade in various cities and states and this is hands down my worst experience. I understand we're in difficult times, but if a business is going to only allow for orders to be picked up in the drive-thru only then you should find a way to get it under 10 minutes per car. I'm a DoorDash driver, and when I arrived there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I was to pick the order up by 11:56 am and I arrived at 11:50. I didn't get to pick the order up until 12:23 pm, and I could tell the order had just been sitting there, because I could see the smoothies were already starting to water down. Also, the order was supposed to have been delivered to the customer no later than 12:15. How can this restaurant believe this is acceptable? I understand their building is closed for dine-ins, but at the very least they could open the lobby open for delivery drivers. We shouldn't have to wait an extended amount of time in a drive-thru line, especially if the order is already ready to hit the road. read more

I have tried a few different smoothies and all have tasted great! I have had an order delivered with a portion of it missing, but chalked it up to it being a busy time of night/dinner rush. Overall, I've been happy with them! read more

On 8/30/2022 at 8:30 pm my daughter and I went to the drive thru. No one answered so we drove to the window. We could see employees inside so we decided to go in. We pulled in front and the inside lights dimmed. The drive thru lights and kitchen lights were still on and the sign said they close at 9 pm so we went back to the drive thru. No one answered again so back to the window. This time a blonde-brown, curly haired female in a green shirt with the drive thru headset on walked over to the window. She took the headset off and tossed it on the counter and walked away. The other employees were watching and also saw us. If all the employees are like this I would never recommend this restaurant. Hopefully the owner can hire people that actually want to work before he loses too much business because his employees are turning customers away. read more

This location gives tropical smoothie a bad name. My order has been repeatedly wrong or missing half the ingredients. No one working there cares if they mess up or if you have to wait 20 minutes. The owner should be ashamed of how poorly his store is ran, and how rude his employees are. If Tropical smoothie is okay with a location being ran this poorly, I'm okay with getting a smoothie elsewhere. read more

I work for a 3rd party delivery service. I also understand that we are currently all going through Covid 19 pandemic. However, this location repeatedly messes up orders, is slow to have food ready ON TIME and continues to have their front door locked to lobby. (Although they have special instructions for drivers to specifically not use drive thru and only use lobby and see cashier). This pandemic has been going on since February. And it seems like this location still does not have a system down that works effectively. At the end of the day, customers get upset with me as a driver because of something wrong with their order or it being a delayed delivery. Which in turns effects my personal ratings & reviews as a driver. When in reality, it's a reflection of this establishment, not the driver of a 3rd party service. It's also not fair to have 3rd party delivery drivers wait in long drive thru lines. When our orders should be ready. That is why they are placed in advance by the customer. It messes with our tips and our income as a driver for these companies, when we deliver subpar food and or experience for customers. This location needs to get it together! I can say, I will no longer accept orders on my end from this location. It's not fair to me and it's not fair to the customers. Customers spend your money at another establishment, where us drivers can deliver you your food and an experience above expectations. We want YOU to be happy! We take pride in our job and our customers. read more

ordered, paid, then went to the store and it was closed. i called and they weren't opening for a while because of system issues. i felt like they could have at least made my order since i had a receipt showing i had paid. the store across town closed down and this one probably will too. read more

I love smoothies. I haven't had a bad one yet from a Tropical Smoothie but two smoothies and two wraps cost us over $20 for lunch today. Also look around or ask before you order. I could have gotten a smoothie for half price if I had seen the picture hanging on the wall about texting some code to a number for discounts. read more
