I decided to give A&A a try after coming across this business on yelp. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. They had a nice display case that contained cakes, cupcakes and other treats. I noticed that they had a strawberry cake and I asked to place the order. The young lady informed me that the cake was a tres leche cake, which was something I wasn't familiar with. She explained the process to me and I decided to order a slice first. She gave me a fork and I was able to taste the slice I purchased. Oh my goodness, it was so good!!!! She told me that it would be moist and that it would probably come across as "wet" to some, but I thought it was excellent! The flavor was great and I loved the fact that the icing wasn't extremely sweet. It was not like the typical buttercream icing. I purchased the cake and did not tell others that it was a tres leche cake. (I wanted to see how they would feel about the slightly different texture.) Everyone at the gathering absolutely loved the cake!! I am so thankful that I decided to drop in to this place. We now have a go-to bakery that we will use for all occasions! Highly recommend!!

No update phone number and they don't sell cakes. I visited the address. It is own by Latino's.read more

The inside is also so clean and tidy. It's a small location but nothing huge is needed. I wish they would have prices listed for everything and not some things so you know how much you're paying BEFORE paying. If I had known my Lexi late was over 14$ I would not have gotten it. So I guess for future purchases I'll ask what the prices are.

My daughter order a cake for her husband's retirement ceremony. Paying just shy of $600. My son in…read morelaw was at the venue to receive the cake the afternoon of delivery. He was told that the flavors of the cake were different than what my daughter had ordered, as well as the shape of the cake. It was a surprise so he accepted not knowing what was ordered. The cake looked pretty from the front if you didnt know what it was originally supposed to look like. My daughter's friend and myself helped cut and plate the middle tier of the three tier cake. What we cut into was under cooked, or over wateredwith simple syrup. It was the consistency of a cake pop, crumbling in the middle. People that tasted the cake informed my daughter of some of the edible items placed on the cake tasted chemically. Most all of the guest minus a few children threw their cake pieces away. The cake up close it was very unprofessionally done. The American flag was ripped, the gold chain was not placed completely around cake, the banner was illegible and the medallion on the top was held up by a glob of white icing. After the ceremony, We took the top and bottom tier back to their house after the ceremony. The next day the bottom layer was cut and my daughter was so embarrassed. The cake on the bottom layer was perfect, for the moment. We served it to her husband, my husband and I, my grandbabies and it was delicious. When she started towards the middle to serve my daughter'sin laws, it went from the perfect tasting cake to the cake pop consistency again probably in a 6 x 6 inch square. We also noticed a liquid coming from the underneath of the bottom tier. So my daughter pulled out the top tier to see the consistency of that tier and it was definitely cooked all the way through, a tad dry but 100% edible. My son in law let us try it and he ended up eating most of it over the days after his ceremony. My daughter told me she reached out to speak with the lady who made the cake and was met with a reply questioning what was wrong. Eventually she was able to speak to the lady who made the cake. Photos, disappointed feedback for such a huge life event was discussed. My daughter said that their conversation was very nice, my granddaughter also agreed. The baker told my daughter she'd reimburse half of what was paid and apologized. The following week, my daughter told me that the co-owner reached out to her offering her $100 cash and $100 in store credit. That wasn't what was agreed upon. The lady who she was corresponding with over Facebook messenger was in fact the bakers mother. When she told my daughter what her daughter informed her of their conversation, it took a turn. She asked my daughter what was wrong with the cake and that pictures didnt did it justice. My daughter informed her that the cake was not what she paid for flavor wise and shape wise and that it was sloppy, that the American flag on the front had been ripped apart prior to being delivered and that it had fallen off the cake before cake was served. She asked my daughter if there was anything she did like about the cake. I've read their messages from top to bottom. Extremely unprofessional. Their conversation clearly started with my daughter thinking she was speaking to the baker herself but it wasn't until after my daughter asked to meet with the baker that the person on the other end said she was in fact the bakers mother. At the end of their conversation, my daughter send pictures of the cake that was delivered to a US Navy Retirement Ceremony with the flag tattered and torn and the glob of icing. The mother responded that she agreed and that it was awful. I'm writing this review for the baker. The pictures of my son in laws cake before it was delivered with my daughter and grandbabies on it was just posted on their Facebook page and had a lot of amazing comments. But not one of them tasted what we did or knew what the shape and flavors were suppose to be. I was at the ceremony, I cut, plated and tasted the bad tier as well as the one piece I had from the bottom tier that was very tasty. But they were two completely different consistencies. The cost of what my daughter paid and what was delivered didnt match. The baker should take a look at how their mother speaks to their customers as well as what time she send messages. 1230am should never be a time you respond to a customer. Also if a cake is agreed upon for shape and flavor, it should stay just that. I'm extremely disappointed that my daughter only got half her money back with the amount of cake that was just thrown away. The top tier and 8 pieces from the bottom tier does not equate to $295 worth of cake. And just in case anyone was wondering, my daughter has had the bakers cakes and cupcakes before and loved them. Maybe she has people making cakes for her now and that's fine, but the customers who order should know if that is the case.
