I started going to Tropical Smoothie with my fiancé for their protein smoothies. The peanut paradise with pea protein is so good! I always order online and it's always ready when I arrive. Wonderful service and their food is yummy too! read more

First, They have the best smoothie in the area. They are always good and tasty. however i felt the need to write a review as my last few visits have been terrible. Today my order went in at 12:21pm, Finally got my Smoothie @ 12:40. Its was yet another long wait for a regular customer. lets see if they get better at this location??? read more

the customer service here really sucks, they seem to be irritated at every customer who walks into this place. Ever since this place got sold to a new owner it has gone downhill. read more

I had previously rated this place 5 stars. Never going back so I'm changing it to 1 star. I was served a Early Bird breakfast wrap with "White" chicken that was darker than dark chicken on a thy bone. It also appeared to be fried, or "dry looking". I should have taken a picture and posted it on here. It was disgusting, and I currently have food poisoning from it. I've been coming here for 3 years, and today was my last day. Also, false advertising by claiming you can order any wrap and get a smoothie for $3.00. Small wraps not included depending on who is working, which is as crap as the food. The smoothie was good until I got sick from the wrap. read more

I'm addicted! Chicken pecan sandwich is delicious and all their green smoothies are so good. I usually ask with no sugar and the fruits only are sweet enough. I've been contemplating on buying a vitamix and making them myself but for now I don't mind paying for convenience. Perfect food for any summer day! read more

I got a raspberry smoothie and it was quite bitter and watery. The staff was friendly enough but the restaurant itself was dirty. There was food on the floor and wrappers on the tables. read more

Delicious and healthy smoothies...great for a snack or post workout...

Used to love this place... before new ownership. Food not nearly as good; have ordered quite a few times only to be disappointed each tIme. Menu not as good and people, especially owners, not as friendly. If getting only smoothies you are good to go, pretty straight forward. Used to frequent 3x a week.. now 3 times a year - boo. read more

This location is usually good. Today they seem to be lacking adult supervision. We ordered sandwiches and smoothies. After a long wait and most of our sandwiches being consumed the girl at the counter said our smoothie orders weren't in the back. She took our orders and our money. She seemed very confused. Not a good experience. read more

I love creative delicious smoothies at a great price I was in town for a conference and I must have gone here at least 5 times during my stay. I love the avocadalata smoothie. It wasn't too sweet, the avocado gave it a perfect creaminess and it tasted great. I had a few others as well and every smoothie I tried was great. read more

I love the healthy choices they offer. The Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad sandwich is amazing I got it on toasted bread! You can sub the soda for a smoothie for 3$ best of both worlds I got the Kiwi Quencher mmmmm mmmmm good!! read more

Awesome! Smoothies are amazing and the wraps are filling and fresh. The store is very clean and the staff was friendly. Our order came out quickly and correctly. Great place for a quick lunch! read more

I ordered a mobile order. When I walked in, nobody greeted me or spoke to me my entire visit. After waiting for 20 minutes and checking the receipt to see if it was mine, I got to my destination to find out that my order was wrong. This isn't the first time my order has been wrong. Didn't even taste good. read more

Ate buffalo chicken wrap this past Sunday at 5pm. Around 2.30am got violently ill and had to go to emergency room. Turns out to be food poisining. I am still in bad shape from it. The place seemed a little sketchy when the girl was handling money and making food. I do not recommend this place. read more

Smoothies got my daughter and I both sick they tasted fake and probably made with fake fruit flavored syrups or that's what it tastes like... I wish they used fresh fruit only than maybe would be good read more

Their pick up service is fast and super convenient. Not to mention they always make a great smoothie and make it easy to get it on the go. Peanut paradise is the best. read more

Mike the manager is HORRIBLE. I don't know who promoted him to manager but he can not deal with customers. I ordered my meal online and forgot to change the time for it so i made a call immediately after placing it to make sure it wasn't made till that time & he wasn't able to hear me so he yelled at me twice as if i purposely was breaking up. i finally hung up because his attitude was HORRIBLE. i made a comment once i got there because my food was cold and that's what i was trying to prevent hence the reason why i wanted to change the time for my order. The girl asked me if i could wait for him to get out of the bathroom so i could tell him myself because she looked to scared to. i waited OVER 10 minutes for him to get out i almost just walked out but then he came out. (very professional right? HA) i was very polite and calm when explaining my problem because i'm not usually one to complain. he never once said sorry & his explanation was "what did you want me to do about it? that's not being rude. i couldn't hear you" & WALKED AWAY BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING! BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER.... !!!!! EVEN THE STAFF SAID THAT HE TREATS THEM LIKE THAT TOO & THEY DISLIKED HIM. i don't know how those girls put up with him. i would not last 1 day. i truly feel sorry for them. HORRIBLE management. read more

OK, I have been a Tropical Smoothy customer for a very long time. I visit almost all the stores throughout our county, but this one is 5 minutes from my house so it get most of my money. Or I should say did, until now. I will be going to stores 15-30 minutes aways going forward. So tired of the poor service and massively inconsistent tasting smoothies. There is two other locations I frequent due to my work route and every time I visit the smoothy is exactly like the last time. This store can not make a consistent smoothy. They are often tasteless and either watery or the wrong flavor all together. It's crazy. The previous owner was rude and the new owners I am not sure know what they are doing. And to add insult to injury, how hard is it to put a dang lock on the mens room door. Really guys!!! To sum up: Pros: 5 minutes from home. Cons: Smoothies are tasteless and service is poor. If you order via app or over the phone forget about it. Not worth the headache. Recommendation: Drive out of your way to another store if you must have smoothy. read more

I am a frequent visitor at Tropical Smoothie, but decided to visit this one on my way to work. Ladies in the front are rude and can't even smile. They must really hate their job here. Unfortunately, the wrap was also cold in addition to poor service. Will not be coming back. read more

Gross, Gross, Gross - Do Not Go. I order two wraps and while I was waiting I looked around. The kitchen area floor was littered with food - lettuce, tomatoes and stuff. The staff was walking around in the food on the floor. There was two cardboard boxes sitting on the floor filled with rotten bananas. I'm sure that is not up to health codes. The tables in the eating area were filled with food and trash - no one has walked around to clean up. There were five people on staff and no one can clean up. Also the guy who made my wraps had long greasy hair and it was hanging in his face. I throw out the warps and no way going back. I throw $14 down the drain and will never go back. I'm a local and I'll just drive over to Publix for my next wrap. This place is dirty - I can understand if they had a busy lunch rush but the walked on food and box of rotten bananas WITH a mop of dirty water next to them is not common. The owners/managers don't care about this place and should be reported to the health department. read more

Tried this place for the first time about 2 weeks ago and I cannot get enough everything I eat is amazing and the service is great!!

AWFUL!!! Seemed like a group of teenage thugs running the place.....they COMPLETELY forgot half my order and would never have asked if I'd sat waiting for two wraps for over 20 minutes!! Finally when I had to ask, the manager told me it was MY fault since they didn't want to interrupt my conversation....which as it happens is WHAT we were talking about!! Then, I was, still charged for their mess up, it came out COLD and the server was so messed up he couldn't even verify WHAT our order was. NO A APOLOGY....again OUR. fault for talking and paid full price!!! I had frequented tropical smoothie for years....but, I've got to say, this made me upset and feel completely unappreciated and disregarded...WILL NOT BE BACK to any location. Wish Smoothie King would come this way with their southern hospitality! FAIL.. read more

The food and drinks are delicious but the employees attitudes ruin the place. As soon as you walk up to the register the employees dont say hi they just stare at you and i always smile and say hello but never get reciprocated attitude. I was at the register and had 3 different employees stare at me and walk past me and no one acknowledged me or said they'll be with me. I come here every week but it's such a miserable experience read more

As a former employee of a tropical smoothie, this place is honestly one of the worst I've been too. Their smoothies are never consistent, they are always forgetting ingredients or it's taste bad. Their service is also very slow. I've waited 30 minutes for a single smoothie and wrap when it wasn't busy. And when my smoothie came out it tasted like ice with a hint of chocolate powder. I love tropical smoothie and will be finding another one to go to read more

Soooo slow. Right now 12 people waiting on food or drinks. They are I out of ingredients for the limited time smoothie... again. Have been out of other ingredients before too. Seems poorly managed compared to the Tropical Smoothie I usually go to in North Naples. read more

The slowest smoothie place I've ever been to every time I come here I'm waiting longer than than the last time..for one or two smoothies. I know it's close to the college and all but it might not be a good idea to have a bunch of stoned college kids running the lunch shift. Do yourself a favor and don't stop here for lunch if you work a full-time job and just want something quick to drink or eat during your lunch break read more

I have been going to this location since they opened 5 years ago and have loved every minute of it! The food, smoothies, atmosphere and staff are great! Highly recommended! read more

Not very helpful. I wanted to know the calories of what seemed to be a new smoothie, the cucumber mojito. The staff said they didn't know and wouldn't be able to find out for me. If they don't know about their products then they shouldn't be selling them. No smiling. Not very welcoming. If any of them were a MOD they really did not act like it. Won't be back to this smoothie spot. read more

Went here today with my husband and son! Great service and great food! The staff is super friendly and very professional! Just goes to show that great management equals great employees! read more
