Fresh lettuce and tomato and they crisp the wrap - I don't know how they do this but it makes it crunchy and it's so delicious! My friend gets the caprese sandwich and he really likes it also. Ok, so I got soo addicted to these smoothies once I had to join SmoothiesAnonymous to break my habit. It was a tough journey and I still have cravings when I get within a mile of the joint but I have learned how important it is to put off the desires of the palate and be more moderate in my drinking. Now I know for some that it is a must to completely abstain, however I know I have this under control. Once a month is fine for some of us, others perhaps bi-monthly is good. Sandwiches are good once or twice a week. Goal here is to watch the calories, they say its healthy food but I don't know, that could just be a marketing term. I love the Tropical Smoothie franchise quite a lot, but the Ave Maria branch is a lot worse than the rest. The service here is absolutely horrid! I went in with my friend and waited a good two minutes before anyone came out. When the worker came out, she had an uninviting attitude. After we sat down, the workers were in no hurry to get us our drinks even when we were the only people there. When another man walked in, he waited about five minutes until someone finally took his order, all the while the workers were blasting rap music in the back. When we finally got our drinks, they were far different than they are at the other locations. They were very bland, different consistency, and weren't the usual greatness of Tropical. If you want a good smoothie and great, friendly service, go to Tropical Smoothie on Immokalee and Collier. Not returning to this location anytime soon. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have gone here multiple times and all of them have been a horrid experience. I ordered three simple things and it took then 45 minutes for them to get it correct. As I was paying both times the scanner was broke for rewards and my card wouldn't swipe. The employees were VERY RUDE and unapologetic. As I told them five times that my meal was messed up already waiting 45 minutes one employee was on her phone texting somebody the other was filling up her water and then the other one was scrambling to get the orders ready after my waiting time, I left the facility and then as I got on the road I realized that they forgot my smoothie. I had to go back and wait another 10 minutes for them to make my smoothie. It shouldn't be that hard making three things on the menu when I'm the only customer in the store but apparently it is. read more

Wow!!!!! This food is fantastic !!!! I had the buffalo chicken wrap (I'm not usually a wrap kind of person) and it was great!! Somewhat crunchy tortilla which gave it the right texture!!! My smoothie was also out of this world!! To top it off the cookies were great too!!!! Fantastic staff, very friendly.... What a neat location! Really disappointed because I love tropical smoothie back home but this one does not compare. I've gone 3 times and each time I get more disappointed than the last... The food here is unlike the rest of the tropical smoothies i've been to... They don't know how to make a sandwich right. My last time there the girl on cashier was extremely rude to us for no reason and literally when my food was ready she tossed it on the table next to me and didn't say a word. It disappoints me how this tropical smoothie is run because I don't want it to ruin my opinion on the rest of them. The smoothies here are still great but I don't recommend ordering the chicken pesto (caprese or whatever it's called) sandwich unless it can be made right. read more

I have always had great experiences here. The staff is friendly and the food is always tasty and fresh. As far as fast food places go, this place is at the high end of that category. The food always comes straight off the grill. For food of such high quality, the wait time is fairly short. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable as well.
