Excellent smoothie! I had the Carlo's detox and it was very fresh and healthy. They seem to have a nice menu with many options.

I came at 6:20 pm to get a fresh raw juice and they told me that the juice machine is closed after 6pm. Like what? Is this a juicery?

Cafe concept by day, cool bar vibe by night. I went during their happy hour on Saturday (11am-1pm,…read moreBOGO drinks) and was able to get a lot of work done. Many others were working or having meetings, and there are plenty of electrical outlets if you need to charge a device. Many of the customers seemed to be regulars and knew each other and the kavatender. Erika my kavatender was great and whipped up my two drinks in a flash. I got the Guava goddess ($15) and Passion fruit lemonade ($15) with a mix of euphoric and energy/focus. They tasted very refreshing and kept me going for 4 hours or so, but for some reason I felt nauseous and dizzy right afterwards when I left. Not sure what happened and if it was the drinks since I'd never felt that way before.

Initially feel relaxed like when I take cbd to sleep Now at home I feel like mildly high like I took one puff of weed. Not that I would ever do anything illegal in college to know the experience but that's what I hear and saw on the documentaries of the 70s Bartender was patient and helpful She asks for a credit card even tho I was to pay cash later. They opened the tab with it. They also sold edibles and other stuff you must be 21 years plus to buy Meet Stella, the beautiful dog puppy, so chill and hangs with you. A bonus to this small establishment Free massages on Sunday afternoons Returning, just hope there's seating available.

Spoke to the checkout leader and produce department and they could not understand what was actually supposed to be on sale. 15 minutes later they were able to try a salad kit and the discount applied to it. That said, it's nice to shop a store where you know the foods are healthy and everything is done for consumer satisfaction, as well as knowing the ingredients are ethically sourced with sustainability for the environment. This does take grocery shopping to another level. This store is large, clean and full of so many different items, it's fun checking out the products. As far as pricing, on a recent trip, I was surprised to see many items are priced the same or lower than what I'm buying at other stores. The employees are helpful and I appreciate their carts! They are easier to manage than the clunky ones that most stores have. Parking is generous and it's nice being able to find a spot fairly quickly and getting on with your day. As a long time Whole Foods shopper, this chain has gotten even better over time. They are one step above the others and they keep making innovative changes. Tamiami Trail has a lot of great stores including Whole Foods.

I come into Sprouts about 2-3 times a week and order the exact same sandwich each time, but the…read moreexperience is never consistent--and it's becoming really frustrating. First, the customer service is lacking. Most of the time, associates don't acknowledge me at all when I walk up. I usually end up standing there for about five minutes before anyone even says anything, and then it takes additional time for them to get ready to make the sandwich. It just doesn't feel welcoming. The process itself is also all over the place. Sometimes associates ask what I'd like, other times I have to jump in and tell them. I recently found out sandwiches can be toasted--no one had ever mentioned that before. Some associates spread condiments, others don't. There's no standard, which makes the experience confusing every time I visit. Another issue is that no one wears a name badge, so there's no way to recognize or thank someone who does a good job--or even know who helped you. Pricing is probably the most frustrating part. The sign clearly says there's a $5.99 meal deal that includes chips and a drink, and that the sandwich alone is $4.99. However, every time I order, I'm either charged $5.99 just for the sandwich or $4.99 plus extra for chips and a drink. It never rings up the same way twice, and no one explains why. It feels misleading and confusing. Overall, the experience feels disorganized. Between the lack of acknowledgment, inconsistent preparation, missing name tags, and unclear pricing, it just doesn't feel like a welcoming or well-managed environment. I'd really like to keep coming here regularly, but something needs to change.
