Later on, they called to make sure that I had everything up and running and asked if I had questions. The following week they called to check-in again, and I was so appreciative. I noticed a super minor thing a week later, and they offered to have one of their very courteous workers come out to address it within an HOUR. We paid a fair/good price, and my biggest concern was not ending up with buyers remorse, and so far I have not. The only irony of the situation is now I need emergency surgery and can't use my hot tub for 6 weeks, but I know I will enjoy it after that! My pool was having concrete and stone repair work done and needed chemicals and a good cleaning. We agreed verbally that he would provide weekly service every Wednesday for $55 + chemicals. On 4/18 I gave him a check of $232.74 for getting my pool scrubbed, shocked and back to normal. I went out of town and returned a week later to find my pool in the condition of the above photo. I asked him why he did not service my pool as we had agreed and he responded because I did not sign the contract he emailed me. I paid this Mo person trusting in his word.
