I was so impressed with Justin, the owner, that I had him install a pool heater and WiFi equipment that runs the pump and pool. I have worked with him while at my beach house and from long distance. My pool was having concrete and stone repair work done and needed chemicals and a good cleaning. We agreed verbally that he would provide weekly service every Wednesday for $55 + chemicals. On 4/18 I gave him a check of $232.74 for getting my pool scrubbed, shocked and back to normal. I went out of town and returned a week later to find my pool in the condition of the above photo. I asked him why he did not service my pool as we had agreed and he responded because I did not sign the contract he emailed me. I paid this Mo person trusting in his word.

We went to several places in town, but hands down, Certified Pool & Spa had the best variety of brands and prices. They delivered our hot tub the very next day and helped set it up. Later on, they called to make sure that I had everything up and running and asked if I had questions. The following week they called to check-in again, and I was so appreciative. I noticed a super minor thing a week later, and they offered to have one of their very courteous workers come out to address it within an HOUR. We paid a fair/good price, and my biggest concern was not ending up with buyers remorse, and so far I have not. The only irony of the situation is now I need emergency surgery and can't use my hot tub for 6 weeks, but I know I will enjoy it after that! We love our hot tub and I will recommend Wayne and Debby (and all their FRIENDLY staff) to everyone I know. We would absolutely shop here again without hesitation. (Plus, they have really great snacks and cute dogs in store!)
