I arrived noon on a Friday very busy with my mother and sister. We all got pedicures and for a group of 3 being able to find an open appointment at noon was very surprising for us. HORRIBLE!!! Took…read moremy daughter there for her birthday. She wanted shellac. They didn't push cuticles back, trim, or file her nails at all. Coating was uneven and all over her fingers. When I took her back in, the Asian lady running the place went ballistic yelling and screaming yanking my 12 year old daughter by the arm as we're trying to leave. She yelled at us out the door all the way to the parking lot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This salon is clean & friendly. I have been going here for years, but had been giving my nails a…read morerest from gel polish for the past five months or so to try to strengthen them. I just returned for a Christmas gel manicure last week. Tressie did a great job. The manicures here are always well done & last 3+ weeks. My only negative is that they tack on a $3 sanitation fee to every bill, and that was added during the pandemic, which was understandable when they went above and beyond with what they had to buy for safety and cleanliness. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. I advise booking well in advance for holidays especially, as finding a walk in slot here is tough.
